Friendly cleaners, excellent cleaning service.

Booked the team for a one off deep clean. I could specify exactly what I wanted done in each room and receive a clear quote, which I could tailor easily. Once confirmed I found the payment and booking process straightforward. Izabela was my main contact, there was clear communication throughout and the team did a brilliant job, exactly what I was after. They brought all their equipment and worked very efficiently.

Great service from Ingrid and other person whose name I did not catch. Really good professional job and done in just two hours which was quicker than I thought. It was quick and easy to book and I thought it was a reasonable price. Many thanks really saved us a lot of moving out stress - Tom and Ben in York

Very good service would recommend this company the young man that came round. I'm sorry I don't know his name but he did A fantastic job. The place is spotless. I can't show you pictures cuz we can't get back in the accommodation but we are so happy. We paid £200 and it was worth it If you need an end of tenancy clean or any other clean then please call this company. They are fantastic. Very helpful, very prompt.

Cleaner was really good left the house in a great condition, I booked this service for the first time for my end of tenancy cleaning. I will definitely be using again! Apart from one stain in the carpet, it looks like I never lived there!

The couple who cleaner my mum’s house morning were absolutely brilliant. They worked incredibly hard, were professional throughout, and showed great honesty by returning money they found in the house. It’s so reassuring to know there are trustworthy people like them. Very professional team, despite having to wait 2 hours whilst we got keys they then cleaned the house from top to bottom. Everything sparkled. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for your new house to be cleaned.

Booked the Gloucestershire team last minute to clean most of a 3-bedroom house left in a state by a flatmate. The 2-man team did an incredible job getting both bathrooms, the hallways, the living room & the kitchen + appliances clean, alongside the doors and windows. Would absolutely have again!

INCREDIBLE. No other words. form the process of being quoted, confirmed and the job. Cosmina was on time, super communicative and I was blown away by the detail. My outdoor deck looked like a different place. I hired a deep cleaning for a new home and I will be working with them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very happy with the standard of cleaning, would definitely recommend its very important to get a thorough clean done by professionals. Sardar did a fantastic job both with the clean and also communicating /managing expectations. I think it's easy get a bit worried about any company wanting upfront payment and so on, but ultimately if it's Sardar doing your work I believe you won't regret it :) Thank you!

Omar turned up on time, was very personable, and cracked straight on with the job, which was completed in what seemed to me to be no time at all. Carpets looked much better and 'improved' again when they were dry, in a couple of hours.

I just started working for this company a few months ago and I have to say in my whole 16yrs of being a Subcontractor I have yet to work for a company so enjoyable! Denisse and Bogdan (Cambridge team) did a great job in a house that's quite difficult to clean. I would recommend them as they cleaned taking care of the items in the house and were very hard working.

Good clean at end of tenancy, hardworking

Hello Services did a fantastic job in my bungalow. The windows sparkle inside, there are no fingerprints anywhere and my lounge carpet looks new. Even my garage, which was full of cobwebs, is clean enough to eat in. I would totally recommend them. Lovely people, excellent workers.

Team that arrived were very friendly and we were able to make last minute changes they were very flexible. Cleaning was very good and carful consideration to all jobs. Excellent work.

Adriana and constantine came to my house for end of tenency clean of bathroom shower and oven. They were friendly, polite and very professional. Good, friendly cleaner but it's pricey

I had a very positive experience with HelloService. I first used their service two years ago for the end of tenancy cleaning of my flat in Edinburgh, where I had lived for six years. I was quite nervous, as the property had been occupied for a long time, but HelloService delivered a very high standard of cleaning. The end of tenancy inspection was passed at the first attempt, and both my landlord and I were very satisfied with the result. I was genuinely impressed. More recently, when I needed an end of tenancy clean for my flat in Cambridge, I did not hesitate to contact HelloService again. I was pleased that they still had my records and even offered a returning customer discount. Although the price was slightly higher than before, I was happy to proceed given my previous experience, especially as they provide a seven-day guarantee, which not many companies offer. While the first team did not fully meet the expected standard, the company responded quickly and arranged a re-clean the very next day. I really appreciated this prompt response. Denisse and her team in Cambridge delivered an excellent service. They carefully followed the checkout report, addressed all the issues in detail and carried out a thorough clean across the entire flat. The overall standard was very high and the property is now in very good condition. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and reliability of the company. I also enquired about a regular monthly cleaning service and, although this is not something they currently offer, I would certainly have considered using them for this as well. This is not the first time I have used HelloService and my experience has consistently been positive. I would highly recommend their services and would happily use them again in the future.

Amazing experience with this company. Booked the cleaning with 3 or 4 days notice. Easy to book, easy to select options about what needed to be cleaned. The team of 3 girls got there on time and what I thougth it would take, at least for me, 3 or 4h it was done in 1.5h. Checked the flat and it was spotless, checked the oven and it was like new, the bathroom like never used. Definitively would recommend it and use the service again. Thank you
