3 lovely friendly hard working people attended and did a really good deal clean. Arrived on time with all of their equipment and left the house including v dirty oven nice and clean.

Team Gyuven did an absolutely fabulous job. They worked like trojans and got stuff clean that I thought was impossible. Communication was good and I am really pleased with the result.

very friendly team who strive to do a good job, but partially let down by communication from head office, I stressed the carpets needed a deep clean, but arrived without one and had to return the following day to do it, it needed it and the whole place feels clean now

Your staff were polite, courteous and open. They were able work independently and performed efficiently providing a great service. My only minor quibble was the cost for the time taken to clean the residence otherwise an excellent experience.

Really great clean, just had to do a last min change to plans as the start time was asked ot be changed less then 24 hours before the appointment by the cleaning team. I understand it was due to unforeseen circumstances (car accident) but still a bit of a scramble.

I found this service really easy to use, the online system was simple to navigate, the speedy response and provision of the actual cleaning service. The two gentleman who attended my property were on time (always a bonus), very courteous and worked hard to complete the job, even on an extremely hot day! They asked me to look over what they’d done to ensure I was happy….I was! I would have no hesitation in using this service or recommending it to someone else. Thank you so much!

Great clean throughout, there was just one shelf that was missed but we didn't spot that till much later in the day. Otherwise it was lovely to come in to a nice clean house 🥰

I never very rarely give 10/10. They were early and very quick. The bathroom and kitchen was looking great. Steam cleaned carpets and washed down woodwork etc and hoovered all over. Pleased with the result.

The service provided was wonderful. The only scare that we were given was last minute cancellation. However when we told the operator Michael that we need to do the cleaning asap he was helpful and found us a new team within hours.

The flat needed a Deep Clean which I made clear on the enquiry form and also sent a video ,the flat actually got a good clean maybe I could go as far as a very good clean . But this morning I had a call from a neighbor informing me all the lights where on in the flat luckily I was going to meet a decorator at the Property but the lights in the hall and lounge had been left on all night.

Punctuality for appointment-10 Friendliness of staff - 10 Quality of work - 8 Tops of kitchen cupboards greasy and not attended to; Inside door frame of lounge door overlooked; Tiled surfaces clean but, residue still evident; One female cleaner not English speaking, so difficult to communicate when requested to redo part of the tiled wall in the bathroom. Overall, I am content with the service rendered but, just wanted to provide honest feedback to your company.

We recently hired the home cleaning service, and we were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. Booking was made easy and any additional questions I had, it was easy for me to contact the office and have them answered. Adriana and the team was punctual, efficient, and respectful of our space. They paid attention to every detail, leaving our home spotless and fresh. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

I had a professional end of tenancy cleaning. The cleaner was excellent to all difficult areas, fridge, freezer, oven, carpet cleaning. Only issue was the floor that looked not vacuumed in the end, but I guess it might have been a faulty vacuum. Feedback was given to the company who addressed it immediately. The overall communication with the company was excellent. I recommend.

Dara and his team of three young ladies cleaned our tired 2 bedroom flat today. A wonderful result! They transformed it - every surface is spotless, oven looks like new, kitchen and shower room are immaculate. And Dara was so friendly, polite, efficient and thorough. He and his team went the extra mile and worked so hard in very hot and humid weather. Such pride in their work. Highly recommended!

The cleaner who attended was very polite, however he was not made aware fully of the services I paid for. For example I had a deep carpet clean and same for the stairs. He didn't know, so I had to show him on my booking. He did do it, but really should have known exactly what the service was. Felt like he was sent to do a job but not armed with the full information. The cleaning was to a good level, however I think price was a little on the high side.

I recently had an inventory checkout service with Cosmina and Gabriella, and I couldn't be more pleased. Their communication was excellent, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. They worked quickly and efficiently, ensuring everything was in order. Additionally, the cleaning job they did was superb. The cleaning was great. I would have appreciated more flexibility around changing services in the original quote after it had been approved. If the cleaning had not been so urgent I may have gone with another company. The changes were within the cancellation period so didn't seem logical.

The team from Hello Services who carried out my end of tenancy cleaning were very friendly, professional and highly efficient. They arrived on time and completed once everything was done and with client satisfaction. They did a fantastic job and left the house in an excellent condition, it was some real cleaning magic by Saya and her team. Cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend.

Apart from the cleaners being given the wrong time to arrive, the process went well. The cleaners were thorough in their coverage of each room so that on completion there was no doubt that all aspects had been covered.

Our cleaners did a brilliant job. They worked very hard and were very friendly.

This particular job was a cooker clean and I had under estimated the state it was in so although the cooker still isn't 100%, the guy did the best he could with the equipment/products that he brought with him and the cooker is 95% cleaner than it was so am happy apart from leaving the kitchen sink blocked with the greasy water but nothing a plunger couldn't resolve.

I had requested a cooker clean but had underestimated the condition of the cooker so the cleaner did he's best with the products he had and the cooker is 95% better than it was so I appreciate the work done and thank Helloservices.

Quick and flexible service, cleaner was friendly and good at their job. Their equipment wasn't up to the standard I expected for a professional cleaning company and this affected the quality of work slightly but the cleaner did a great job with the tools they were given and feel overall it was good value

Estone from Team Yamba came to clean the very soiled wooden floor in the flat I recently moved into. He did an exceptionally thorough job and was incredibly kind throughout the process. After months of difficult interactions with my letting agent and other customer service departments, Estone's professional and high-quality work, combined with his approachable and compassionate demeanor, restored my faith in humanity. Additionally, the person I spoke with on the phone was very kind, and the person I corresponded with via email was prompt and professional. Great service, the team were brilliant, only feedback would be to use a steam cleaner instead of a mop and bucket when cleaning hardwood/laminate floors
