Second time I used them. First time they were great. Second time, the things they cleaned were great but some things were omitted. After bringing this to their attention, they were quick to arrange a re-clean which was done amazingly well. So even if things don't work out, they rectify the issues. Will use them again.

We had an end of tenancy cleaning from Hello Services for our flat. Team Yamba did an outstanding job. They arrived on time and were very friendly. They took slightly longer than anticipated but I would much rather they took however long they needed and do a great job, and a great job they did! Everywhere is spotless. I was incredibly impress with how clean the oven was. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend them.

Wall really good spotless

The guy who came to clean the ovens did a good job, however he was late arriving and there was no communication from either him or the team at hello services despite me phoning them to find out why he hadn't arrived.

The cleaning team arrived on time, provided a careful explanation of the cleaning that they would undertake and then performed the work to the highest standard. In particular, I was very impressed with the work they did to remove stains in the bathroom and the attention to details in other rooms, cleaning skirting boards, door handles and light switches. Everything looked great at the end and I will certainly use Hello Service again in the future.

Zaher was professional at his job, but can sometimes be forgetful. As a result, Hello Services arranged a second visit to make up for the disappointment. Now, my oven is shiny and my washing machine is fresh. Not a bad service imo.

Efficient, organised and left the house spotless

Zaher did a great job at cleaning. The only issue was they had to arrange two visits to make everything happen. Good customer service tho.

Professional deep cleaning for my 2 bedroom apartment. The cleaners worked the whole day until they were satisfied that the house was as good as new. Impressed with the carpet cleaning as well. Would highly recommend.

The cleaning carried out by Hello Services for me last week was first rate and nothing was too much trouble. The operative (Christos) was very thorough and efficient ,cleaning areas I was unable to reach due to my disability . He was at all times courteous and considerate and the overall result was uniformly excellent. I would recommend Hello Services without hesitation.

I recently had an end of tenancy clean with Hello Services and I would highly recommended. The clean was extremely thorough right throughout my apartment and the oven clean was the best I’ve ever seen! Excellent end of tenancy clean, very friendly and really thorough cleaning - highly recommend!

I booked with the company for a deep clean the day before and they were quick to respond and explain the process, including a detailed breakdown of what I would like doing and the quote. Two cleaners arrived on the day of the clean, they arrived slightly after the arrival window specified but it didn't matter too much personally as I had arranged to be home during the clean. They more than made up for this with the care taken in their clean - they were able to remove built up limescale that I had tried and failed to remove with various products in our kitchen and shower - leaving it looking like new! Regrettably I did not remember to take before and after photos but nearly 2 weeks on the taps are still gleaming. I would not hesitate to recommend the service again and will certainly use it again myself if we ever move house and require a deep clean.

Cleaner was fast and efficient. Went above and beyond, even untangling and cleaning all my wires! Very pleased with the result. Will definitely use again.

We booked only the day before and were able to secure a deep clean. Arrived a little later than the arrival window but they did not stop working while they were here and did a really great job at tackling some stubborn timescale we had not been able to get rid of with any of the products we had tried before. Shower, sink and toilet look brand new after their work! Very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them again - thank you for the professional service!
