Great service just what I needed the team deep cleaned my late Aunts house ready for it to go on the market and made the house look fab thanks for a great job .

We did an end of tenancy cleaning service with Hello cleaners last month at Camden. The team was very professional right from booking to completion. Dhaval and team did an excellent job, and the cleaning quality especially of carpets and wooden flooring was of a very high standard. Highly recommended!

Hussain arrived with a colleague, he was friendly and professional. They both worked diligently for about 4 hours, to make sure my apartment was thoroughly cleaned. I would definitely use this service again. Thank you.

Outstanding deep clean. There was a lot to do and the workers did an amazing job. They were discreet and extremely focused. Everything was gleaming when they went and the house smells fresh and clean, without the use of overpowering products. I will definitely use this service again. Highly recommended.

I found Hello Service on line and what a find. The comprehensive services on the website are backed up by fantastic communications at every stage of the process with particular thanks to Sam and Martin. This includes from the initial enquiry, a seamless booking process, amazing quotation that met my exact needs, easy payment process and the little touches like reminding me that the deep clean of the property was to take place at the time and date I booked. On the day of the deep cleaners Hussain and Sumara provided a very professional service and they kept me informed of all they were undertaking during the course of the deep clean. I would have no hesitation recommending Hello Services. A top notch company.

A BIG shout out to Erik & Tina who cleaned my brother's flat for me today. They did an absolutely fantastic job. My brother has been ill recently and struggling to stay on top of his housework so a deep clean was required. Erik and Tina came along, worked really hard and completed in an afternoon what might have taken me at least 3 days to complete, plus they had industrial cleaning equipment to get the job done properly. My Bro comes out of hospital tomorrow and I know he will be blown away at what he sees. So thank you Erik & Tina and I will certainly book you again in the future. (BTW - I don't know how you did it but all the taps at every sink were sparkling)

I contacted Hello Services to do an emergency cleaning with one days notice. They found a sub contractor called Red-Gigi to perform the cleaning. They worked very well and I'm very happy with the result. 100% would recommend again

Great people, but better products are needed for top-tier results. ​I was thoroughly impressed by the personnel who came by. They were friendly, professional, and worked hard from start to finish. ​My only issue comes down to the equipment and consumables used for the cleaning. The products provided were not high standard enough to tackle heavy grease or mould easily, which extended the cleaning time well past the original estimate, some small details were left out a result, some of my key aspects (e.g. mouldy smell in bathroom) hasn't been fully solved, and a few cleaning marks were left (e.g. on kitchen worktop. ​The cleaners themselves deserve full credit for their effort, but the company really needs to invest in premium tools/products so their staff can deliver the higher-quality results they are clearly capable of.

Totally Amazing, and highly reccomend. Booked fairly last minute for daughters end of tenancy clean. From start to finish, booking process easy, great communication, friendly service, and Denise and Bogdan who did the cleaning were fantastic, really lovely people and results Amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they were also caring and understanding. Price very good too. Without doubt would use again.

Excellent service from start to finish. From hearing between excellent and poor reviews I can only surmise that the job done is only as good as the cleaners that the company employ. I was very lucky as had 2 great and thorough cleaners. However it’s not the company’s fault if some of their cleaners are not up to scratch. I have seen that the company responds very well to complaints

Adriana and the other gentleman who attended where very professional and did a good job of cleaning the carpets at the end of my tenancy. They worked hard to get all the ingrained cat hair out of the carpets. Thank you.

Got an end of tenancy clean and the landlord was satisfied with it. 2 bedroom flat and they were done in under two hours. Everything I needed.

Great service and the end of tenancy clean was brilliant. Adin was very polite, helpful, he and his team were great. I would highly recommended this company.

Genuinely blown away by the high standard of the end of tenancy clean. Given the price, I thought I would be sacrificing a certain level of quality, but wow, Sardar was incredible. Arrived on time with great communication, got to work immediately, and even though the kitchen was a much bigger job than you would expect (cupboards with caked on filth), they brought everything back to basically brand new. It looks better than when we moved in. I feel like I should have given them an extra £100 for doing such a good job, that's how good it was. Don't be fooled by the cheaper price or bad reviews, Sardar is the man you want!

I needed an end of tenancy clean for the next day and they were happy to provide a cleaning service. It was easy to choose what kind of service I wanted and any areas of focus. Adriana and Constantin were very polite and did a great job cleaning a 2 bed house! Especially as they were working in 30 degree heat. My landlord was happy with the results. Would recommend, especially if you are looking for something late notice.

Cosmina and her mum arrived on time and had all their cleaning products and machines with them. They were courteous and professional throughout and asked me to give the property a once over when they were done, but they did a great job the first time. There were some parts in the kitchen that needed special treatment, however, I forgot to tell Cosmina. When they finished, I noticed she did all those bits of concern. I would definitely recommend this team and will use them again.

Negative they were late. I had to call to chase. Positive my house was a filled with builders dust everywhere. 3 cleaners arrived and cleaned the my ex building site back to a house to lay carpet. Yes very happy with the service and would recommend. Wish I had photos.

Hello Services were very efficient and the person who came to do the carpets was excellent. One small thing was that I had put in online what I needed doing and apparently unbeknown to me it wasn't complete so I didn't have all the work done that I initially required but happy with final outcome
