I had a very nasty stain on my carpet, and Mike performed a miracle by removing it!

Overall, this service was great for cleaning a student flat! Team Yamba was kind and courteous and would defenitly hire them again. The reason for not 5 stars and the deep clean was not perfect- neglated to clean some areas of the kitchen and bathrrom.

Teo and Radu's cleaning is impeccable. They bring a fantastic work ethic and attention to detail, and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Joseph provided an exceptional service. He worked efficiently and with a smile. After the clean, it was so refreshing to enter our home with everything feeling brand new.

I used Hello Services to do an end of tenancy clean on my apartment. Everything was done professionally and the flat had a sparkle that my landlord pointed out during his inspection. Thank you, I would definitely use again.

They were friendly and efficient, the bathroom is gleaming and this took some doing as the place was filthy when we moved in. They were great with my baby, and were happy to work around us while I had her napping, and did a decent hoover of the living room even pulling out our very heavy 3 seater sofa that I can’t move so can never clean behind.

Robert and Valerie did a good job on an end of tenancy clean. They arrived on time and were very courteous. Would definitely recommend

Easy to book. The cleaners came on time as agreed and completed the job quickly and to good quality. Also, they have double checked with us if we are happy with all the areas, and were happy to do small touch ups where pointed. Highly recommend

Just about everything has been done just a few things that could of been better. 1 clean the top of the cupboards. 2,Just a few finishing touches in the bathroom. On the plus side getting most of the marks out of the carpet was good. Overall the cleaners did a fantastic job. Worth the money

Ismail and Ali were great. My father (92) moved house a week ago. The house was left in a disgusting state by the previous occupant and needed a thorough clean. Ismail and Ali arrived on time, were polite, professional, efficient and kind and patient with my father. They did a fantastic job especially on the carpets. They also completed the job in less time than I had expected.all in all a harass free experience. I would highly recommend them.

Saya and her team were great. The best customer service. Cleaning was higher than 5 star. They went out of their way to make sure my end of tenancy clean was more than what I expected.

I've really struggled to get on top of cleaning and finally decided I needed some help to get my flat nice and clean. Saya and Hana were brilliant and left my flat feeling really lovely and dust and dirt free. Would definitely recommend!

I was happy with the service but only one person doing all the at 4pm at worked to nearly to 830pm work plus we never got our carpet cleaned as requested but .,the rest was brilliant and so was Nazia

They arrived early, worked so hard all day, did a really thorough clean and exceeded my expectations, which made our moving in experience even better! Bobby and co. Office staff were really speedy at responding to emails - I easily added on a couch steam cleaning with no fuss at all. Team Yamba arrived exactly on time and listened carefully to the complexities of the cleaning service required in my new flat. Did a great job and really made it feel like home, would definitely recommend.

Super impressed. Booked an end of tenancy clean, and could not be happier with the results. I think its cleaner than when I moved in. Every nook was cleaned, cupboards spotless and they removed all the stains in the carpet too. The smell that was left was so fresh. Would really recommend.

We booked a move in clean as the house we brought had been empty for 18 months, we wanted to give it a nice deep clean before moving in properly. Service from start to finish was exceptional! I was worried I wouldn't find anything so soon to xmas and over a weekend, but I did. Bobby and his team were the highlight of my move in day, so polite, friendly, arriving early, working so hard all day, my house looks beautiful. The admin team were so responsive and speedy - really great communication to book/add on services. Then the cleaning duo Team Yamba were amazing! Arrived exactly on time, listened carefully to some of the complexities of the clean, and followed all instructions. Advised the best approach to cleaning the sofa given how filthy it was. Would definitely recommend and use again.

After a long bout of ill health, I had fallen behind on my cleaning and was embarrassed about it. I made a booking a few days ago, and Saya arrived today and did an amazing job. Everywhere now looks great, better than I had hoped! Saya was lovely and kind, and very understanding of my current limitations. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone thinking of having a professional cleaning service done. Thank you so much Saya.

I would recommend Hello Services. I needed to have my oven cleaned at short notice, and found Hello Services had availability for the next day, which was a pleasant surprise. The cleaner allocated to us is called Robert. He did an outstanding job. The oven is about 10 years old, in fairly good condition, but had not been professionally cleaned before. Robert worked very hard, and did his very best. He was realistic, and said that because the oven is older he could not guarantee how it would look, but he need not have worried because the results are very good.

Cleaner was great - punctual and super lovely, pleasure to talk to. He did a fantastic job, the place was sparkling after he left. The only criticism I would say is it is quite costly, having said that, i was very happy with the standard of the clean

Had Sister & Sister cleaning services to deep clean the house in Bridgend and they were superb! Friendly and hardworking, real attention to detail. My oven and hob are spotless and the bathroom looks as fresh as it did when it was first installed! I can't recommend this company highly enough, so pleased. Thank you.

The team who came to Elcho Terrace were fantastic. They did such a thorough clean tgat the letting agent described it as ‘spotless’. Thank you. I will however be emailing you about the post building work clean at Seaview Terrace.

Cobwebs still left after a deep clean. Some lower areas missed and fans in bathroom but cleaned evened though it stated this would be part of the service. Also I paid for 6 rooms to have the carpet cleaned. As our 5th bedroom has a divider our hallway carpet was not cleaned as he classed our 5th bedroom as 2 carpets. This was disappointing for the amount of money I paid.

We recently booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Hello Services. The booking process was very simple and Saleem from customer services was friendly, efficient and responsive. The cleaning service was of a very high standard and the two members of cleaning staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this cleaning services company.

Adam and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were very kind, quick, and did an amazing job cleaning our carpet, bathrooms, stove, dishwasher, and fridge. I almost didn't think the stove and dishwasher would be salvageable but they looked better than when we first moved in! I would recommend this company to anyone in the area. Compared to the other cleaners I've had, these guys were amazing.

The two persons were very good and clean very well the spaces we agreed to be cleaned

Saya was very kind, a great communicator & it was evident that she had taken her time to clean my apartment. In addition, I had asked her to wash the dishes as well, which wasn’t something she had to agree to (according to the company), yet she did it anyway which meant a lot to me. Furthermore, she was on time which is always great!

Great team who did a thorough clean we were very pleased with the results

I was very pleased with the service provided the only thing was 1 hour into their cleaning they received a text from the office saying I had not paid for the service and I had actually paid at least 2 weeks previously when I first booked the service. It took me quite a while to find proof of my payment so I was not happpy about that.
