Thorough clean and very friendly

Cleaning was well done, and turned up on time

Constantin and Adriana arrived exactly in time despite my house being difficult to find. I showed them what needed to be done and left them to it. After 2 hours, all my carpets were cleaned to professional standard and the oven was spotless! Very happy with the service received 👍

The cleaning team was fantastic! I had to book on short notice and adjust a quote and everything was done promptly on a bank holiday which was extremely convenient. Sardar did an amazing job with the move-out cleaning! He went above and beyond to make everything shine, and the place looked better than when I first moved in. Not only is he super skilled at his work, but he’s also such a nice, trustworthy guy. If you're moving out and need someone to clean, I highly recommend giving him a call. You won’t be disappointed!

Unfortunately the cleaner did not arrive when scheduled, and I had to chase the company for an update. After several chases, I was told the cleaners vehicle had broken down. They were able to arrange to get someone else out 4 hours later. Justina and her partner arrived half an hour earlier than expected and spent about 3 hours at the property. They did a fantastic job, and if it wasn’t for the earlier communication problem, I would have scored 5. The other positive is that my landlord was happy with the clean!

Mike and Eldon are decent guys who did a really great job on the end-of-tenancy clean. I was really happy with their work.

Right from first contacting Hello Services Ltd, the management/admin team were excellent and importantly for us on this time all communications were quick and clear. I needed to add an oven clean to our quote and that was sorted immediately. On the morning of the clean I had to contact them urgently as the person opening up the house was held up by traffic. They communicated with both myself and their cleaning team so no one was disadvantaged, everyone’s spoke to was very polite and respectful and nothing seemed to be of any trouble. We knew the house was in the need of a deep clean/end of tenancy so that’s what we booked in, along with the oven clean. I don’t live in Liverpool so have had to rely on the person who held the keys: their report back to us on the clean is nothing short of exceptional. The team who carried out the clean have worked absolute miracles, everything looks infinitely cleaner but especially the bathroom (terrible limescale on bath shower and loo and general mould due to it being an inside bathroom, no window or effective vent and high humidity) and the oven due to too many sausages 🤣😉 Apparently the house not only looks amazing but it smells amazing too! I can highly recommend Hello Services Ltd as they obviously run a very efficient and competent business. All that’s left for us to say is thank you very much, you removed a lot of stress from our shoulders 🤩 The house

Nihad and his team were amazing! The arrived right on time and were extremely professional. The team did an excellent job cleaning the house, the oven looked better than when we moved in, and the deep clean of the carpet it left it look as good as it did the day we moved in. We were really happy with the quality and thoroughness of the team, and their professionalism. Would hire them again to do a deep clean of our new house when the time comes for a spring clean.

The admin and booking service with Michael was very easy and very informative, the text communication/app update with info and confirmation was very reassuring. The cleaning job itself was completely as requested and they were very thorough and even supplied many after photos to showcase their work All in all really impressed with this company and service and would absolutely use again if have the need and would 100% recommend

Was very easy to book. Made a last minute booking for a deep clean and the cleaners arrived prompt and were very friendly. They did a great job and I’m happy with how much better my house looks. The price was higher than I would’ve liked to pay really and I don’t think they needed the 5 hours booked but still happy with what they did

The Cleaning Team did a brilliant job helping us with our spring cleaning. They handled both the house and deck, and everything was spotless by the end. What stood out was that they didn’t just rush through it — they took their time to get things right, and it showed. Very professional and easy to work with. Sardar was absolutely fantastic, prompt, he took a very smelly sofa (cat urine which had aged for years) and made it new again. The smell has gone, we will use again for sure. Can't recommend enough.
