Booked an oven and extractor fan deep clean and the guys did amazing job(Ismael&Ali) very professional, quick and efficient! Will definitely be using them again!

I don't give the highest score for anything but one reason for an 8 rather than a 9 was the cleaners where caught in traffic and failed to contact me when they knew they would be late.

Excellent service, prompt response times and happily accommodated a last minute request for a Sunday morning end of tenancy clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and highly competent. We were really pleased with the clean of the apartment and would definitely use again. Thank you!

I booked a deep clean and added a few other services to it - carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning, blinds, oven, hob and extractor fan cleaning. Adriana came on time and got started straight away. Her colleague joined her slightly afterwards and got stuck in too. They were both so thorough and did an amazing job! So happy with the clean and would definitely book again!

Sardar was very professional with cleaning and made sure I was happy before he left and before he started the job he asked what my expectations were and through out the whole cleaning process he made sure I was happy before moving to different rooms or floor. I highly recommend him !!

I have used Hello Services before and when I bought this flat ( it needed a good clean before I shift in) I used them again, Angelique and her team are excellent and I'm very happy with the result. It was easy to book online. I booked very last minute and they accommodated ever so well. I got sent a message when they were about 15 minutes away which I love!!! Very friendly they went through everything throughly. Pictures were taken of before and after. I got a phone call when they were on the last bit of cleaning to see if I could make it. I wasn’t able to get to the property when they finished and I got sent the photos and proof that the front door wash shut. The house was very clean

Really happy with the service Mike and his colleague provided. Cracked on with the job in hand quickly and effectively. Everything cleaned really well... mattresses smell lovely and fresh, blinds looking much better and windows gleaming! All the jobs I hate doing. Both really polite and friendly. Would have scored a ten but marked down as slightly higher on price than I would have liked .

Communication with cleaning team was good, especially as the date had to be rearranged and there were delays with their arrival time which were outside of their control. The team worked really hard and did an amazing cleaning job in cleaning an empty property getting it ready to be sold. Thank you!

Hello Services were efficient at giving me my quote then revised it as quickly when I altered it. My cleaner, Sorein, arrived on the dot. He worked hard, did not waste time and did a very good job. Adam and his team were nothing short of wonderful. They were punctual, professional and worked so hard from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. Fantastic service from start to finish, booking was easy and any questions were answered promptly. The price was competitive and although £20 to £50 more than others totally worth the extra. The guys turned up on time and went straight to work. Was a post builders clean and the house was spotless when finished. Really impressed and my thanks to the three guys who did the work. I would definitely recommend and will use again for my own cleaning requirements.

Fantastic service! I booked an End of Tenancy clean - online booking was easy, with a live update quote as you add/remove services so you can track the cost. Great communication confirming booking, and reminders sent in advance. Teodora arrived on time, was friendly and extremely thorough in cleaning (much better than other EoT services I have used with other companies). Highly recommend!
