Everything was absolutely brilliant can’t fault the cleaning. The only thing was the fridge hadn’t been cleaned. This could have been my fault. Maybe I had to click on that too. If that’s the cases apologies. But the cleaning was to a very high standard

I booked a deep clean thinking appliances and furniture would be moved but this wasn’t the case. I also asked for 2x blinds to be cleaned but was told this wasn’t able to be done either

Really impressed with the services by Hello Services. They were quick to responds and communication was great (they gave us lots of reminders and was clear with the services provided). Sardar and his team were amazing too, we booked an end of tenancy cleaning session and they delivered. They did such a good job getting the place into a spotless state. I booked on Friday for Sunday and was given an instant quote and cleaners were assigned as soon as I requested. The process was very smooth. I made very last minute changes which were accommodated very easily. Cleaners were great. They did a very good job.

Ismael amd Ali were very lovely, they did a good job, they communicated well with time of arrival and did a tour show the work that had been completed. They also rectified any issues ie only 1 mirror but overall service was good. They were efficient in their work and brought a new shine to my oven. Happy with the service provided.

Good value - landlord happy! We have a really good experience, the property was cleaned to a good standard, no complaints raised by the landlord. Found customer service really responsive when booking and making changes to the invoice. The invoice itself was clearly laid out and easy to understand. A competitive price as well. Luckily we didn't need the guarantee but was essential that we had one.

I highly recommend this service. They did a post tenancy clean and the flat sparkled when they were done. Great job.

This is my second time using this cleaning service for a post tenancy clean. The two cleaners worked so hard and the place was sparkling when they had finished. There is an easy booking system and the cleaners were punctual and friendly. Highly recommended.

We had issues with them arriving on time and then confusion with another job which meant our cleaning started 1.5 hours late and impacted our day. The clean itself was great, so we were happy with that.

Good value, responsive customer service, good quality. Had a small thing of the hob and extractor fan being classed as two separate appliances to clean which felt unnecessary but otherwise very fair

This was an end of tenancy clean which I booked at short notice and I was pleased that the office got back to me quickly. The two cleaners Ali and Ismael turned up on time and were polite and friendly. They made a great job of cleaning the oven and the carpets , both of which were very dirty.

Sardara and his team, what can I say, they did really an amazing job. Better than I expected, better than I’ve ever had from cleaners. We arranged a deep clean of the house. The overall experience has been excellent from obtaining the quote, booking the appointment through to getting the job done. The communications have been very good from Home Services . Our deep cleaning team was Briar and Rebwar. They let us know when they would arrive, they were very pleasant and polite, they checked the job requirements with us and then just started and we were able to leave them to it. They were focused and they have done an outstanding job, i would definitely recommend them. Thankyou Hello Services.

Very good communication and reasonable quote . Overall I was happy with the standard of cleaning . The kitchen however was not upto scratch . Some cabinet fronts were not cleaned properly . Unfortunately the cleaners had left before I visited .

The team who cleaned the house were fantastic. They talked me through what they were going to do and completed a walk through of the property first. When I came back to the house it was like stepping into a different place. We completed another walk through and they should me videos of the oven cleaning and carpets. A really great service.
