Great service from Ingrid and other person whose name I did not catch. Really good professional job and done in just two hours which was quicker than I thought. I recently used hello services for an end of tenancy clean. They were quick and efficient with quotes and booking, was able to squeeze me in last minuete. Fair price. On day, cleaner came, she was nice. There was a few areas which sadly wasn’t cleaned to what the quote said, sadly meaning our agency charged us £50 for the remaining bits to be cleaned. I spoke with Hello services and they offered to refund me £50 which my agency took. So it effectively costed me nothing, but it could have been dealt with by having the clean done correctly. Overall for the service i received I was happy, however I do believe they charged more than its worth. I basically paid someone £85 an hour. But overall, if I needed this or that doing I would consider again as they offer much cheaper rates then everywhere else.

Hello Services provided a fantastic end of tenancy clean for my wife and I at short notice. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to a friend.

Very easy to book the service, including oven and garage cleaning. Calendar-based booking, no waiting for callback with (lack of!) availability - easy to set up. The cleaning was done quickly, in just 3 hours, all looking great. Wish I had photos to show but I had already left the house and returned the keys, but rest assured our end of tenancy cleaning result was that it was spotless!

Nice couple of gents. There van broke down so turned up with all there equipment in the back of there BMW. Very efficient. Would definitely use again.
