Retail clearance is quoted plus VAT at 20% after a site visit or photos of the unit. Transfer notes, segregation and certificates of destruction on request are included. Pavement licences, loading bay suspensions and out-of-hours surcharges are itemised.

Lambeth is built from victorian terraces and conversions, edwardian mansion blocks and estates such as angell town, and the mix changes street by street — Balham (SW12), Brixton (SW9) and Clapham (SW4) each behave differently on the day.
