Hotel clearance is quoted plus VAT at 20% after a walk-round of the affected rooms or floors. Mattress and WEEE disposal, transfer notes and gate fees are included. Loading bay suspensions, out-of-hours surcharges and F-gas degassing certificates are itemised on the quote.
