Will an end of tenancy clean get my deposit back?

A studio or one-bed starts at £135, a two-bed around £165, a three-bed around £210 and a four-bed from £260, with the oven, extractor and internal windows included rather than charged as extras. Do you clean to the agency or inventory clerk checklist?

Yes. Our crews work from a room-by-room checklist mapped to the standard AIIC / inventory clerk criteria — inside all cupboards and drawers, oven cavity, racks and door glass, extractor filters, limescale on sanitary ware and taps, window interiors and frames, skirtings, sockets, switches and door tops.

Should the property be empty before the clean?

Ideally yes. We clean inside cupboards, wardrobes, the fridge and the oven, so furniture and belongings need to be out first — that is normally the day the removals van leaves. If items have to stay, tell us in advance and we will note on the receipt what could not be accessed.

How long does an end of tenancy clean take?

Roughly 4–5 hours for a one-bed, 6–7 hours for a two-bed and a full day for a three or four-bed, depending on condition and how much limescale and oven carbon there is. We do not clock-watch — the clean finishes when the checklist is signed off.

Do you clean carpets and ovens as part of the same visit?

The oven, hob and extractor are always included. Carpet hot-water extraction is a separate machine and is booked as an add-on for the same visit, which is what most tenancy agreements require where carpets were professionally cleaned at check-in.

Can you clean on the same day I move out?
