About Clacton-on-Sea
Clacton is a Victorian resort with a large retired population and a housing mix built around it: interwar bungalow avenues inland at Great Clacton and Bockings Elm, seafront guest houses long since converted into flats, and coastal park-home estates at Jaywick, Seawick and Point Clear.
