Commercial cleaning works when three things are true: the same people come every time, the specification is written down, and someone is accountable when it slips. We build a room-by-room schedule for your site — daily, three times a week, weekly or one-off — covering desks and touchpoints, washrooms and consumables, kitchens and breakout areas, glass and floors. Operatives are DBS-checked, COSHH-trained and inducted to your building. You get an audit sheet each month, a named account manager, and a 30-day rolling agreement rather than a three-year contract you cannot leave.

Three steps and a price that holds
Site walk and specification
We walk the floor, count washrooms, desks and touchpoints, agree access and alarm arrangements, and write the schedule against them.
Team, induction, start
A named team is assigned and inducted. Keys, fobs and alarm codes are logged, and the first month is audited weekly.
Audit and adjust
A monthly audit sheet against the written spec, with the schedule adjusted as headcount, trading hours or layout change.

Contract pricing is based on a site walk — floor area, washroom count, frequency and access all change the number. One-off and periodic works are quoted as a fixed price per visit.

What good commercial cleaning looks like what to expect
Most commercial contracts fail for the same three reasons. The staff change constantly, so nobody learns the building. The specification is vague, so nobody can prove whether a task was missed. And the contract runs for years, so the provider has no reason to work at the standard they sold you. We do the opposite: a named team with a named back-up, a written, auditable specification with frequencies against every line, and a rolling 30-day agreement. Practically, that means the cleaner who knows your alarm panel is the same one who notices when the washroom cistern starts running, the audit sheet gives your office manager something concrete to raise, and the account manager can adjust the schedule when your headcount grows or your trading hours change. Sites with clinical, food or education requirements get the extra protocols — colour-coded equipment, waste segregation, enhanced DBS where children are present — written into the spec, not bolted on afterwards.

Contract cleaning starts at £18 per hour with a two-hour minimum visit. A small office of up to ten desks is typically £95 per visit, a retail unit £120 and a clinic or treatment room £140. Periodic works such as carpet extraction or floor sealing start at £220.
Yes — early mornings, evenings, overnight and weekends are all standard. Most of our office and retail clients are cleaned before 8am or after 6pm so the trading day is untouched.
No. Our agreements are 30-day rolling on both sides. We would rather earn the renewal every month than tie you into a multi-year contract.
Yes. You get a named team plus a named back-up for holidays and sickness, all inducted to your building, key-holding arrangements and alarm procedure.
We can. Soap, hand towels, toilet tissue, bin liners and sanitary waste units are managed on our account and restocked as part of the visit, invoiced at cost plus handling.
Every operative is DBS-checked, COSHH-trained and covered by our public liability insurance. Enhanced DBS is used for schools, clinics and any site where children or vulnerable adults are present.
Yes. Multi-site clients get one account manager, one consolidated invoice and site-specific specifications, which is usually cheaper than separate local contracts.
Typically within a week of the site walk — sooner if you are between providers. Emergency and gap cover can often start within 48 hours.
