About Loughton
Loughton is a Central line town on the edge of Epping Forest, and IG10 holds two very different markets. The forest-edge streets around Baldwins Hill, Goldings Hill and Traps Hill are large Edwardian and 1930s villas on wide plots — solid walls, original staircases, long gardens that shed leaves for half the year.
