Booked for an end of tenancy clean. Vlasta and her colleague did a fantastic job in record time! The job for a 1 bedroom flat including carpet clean took just 2 hours, but she did not skimp on quality of cleaning. The flat was left in great condition (skirting, oven, cupboards etc all cleaned to high standard) with the carpet looking almost new. They even moved large furniture to clean underneath. Both Vlasta and her colleague were very professional and friendly. I hadn't moved all my belongings out when they arrived but this was not an issue for them. Very polite and appreciate them still working during the pandemic. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to pay to rearrange the booking. First I was told it would be £50 to rearrange less than 24 hours before, but this reduced £25 when I mentioned that in the confirmation email it does not mention anything about amending a booking, only cancelling a booking? (It would be not be an issue to charge for amendments but this should be made clear when booking!) Otherwise a great service and easy to book.
