Team Ezekiel did an end of tenancy clean. They were excellent. They were very efficient and my home was spotless.

He arrived right on time, worked with great sincerity and cleaned all the bathrooms and the kitchen to a top-notch standard. He put in genuine effort, treating the place as if it were his own house. Genuinely blown away by the high standard of the end of tenancy clean. Given the price, I thought I would be sacrificing a certain level of quality, but wow, Sardar was incredible. Arrived on time with great communication, got to work immediately, and even though the kitchen was a much bigger job than you would expect (cupboards with caked on filth), they brought everything back to basically brand new. It looks better than when we moved in. I feel like I should have given them an extra £100 for doing such a good job, that's how good it was. Don't be fooled by the cheaper price or bad reviews, Sardar is the man you want!

The booking process was easy and simple, and the invoice was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was paying for and at a reasonable price. I am at a loss for words when it comes to the cleaning job. What Adin has done is actual miracle work. This end of tenancy has been incredibly difficult for me, and he has taken all of the weight off of my shoulders. I could hardly believe I was walking in to the same place I had left. Both the office team and the Gloucester cleaning team has been brilliant. The office team has been very responsive and booked us in for the next day. I had a very positive experience with HelloService. I first used their service two years ago for the end of tenancy cleaning of my flat in Edinburgh, where I had lived for six years. I was quite nervous, as the property had been occupied for a long time, but HelloService delivered a very high standard of cleaning. The end of tenancy inspection was passed at the first attempt, and both my landlord and I were very satisfied with the result. I was genuinely impressed. More recently, when I needed an end of tenancy clean for my flat in Cambridge, I did not hesitate to contact HelloService again. I was pleased that they still had my records and even offered a returning customer discount. Although the price was slightly higher than before, I was happy to proceed given my previous experience, especially as they provide a seven-day guarantee, which not many companies offer. While the first team did not fully meet the expected standard, the company responded quickly and arranged a re-clean the very next day. I really appreciated this prompt response. Denisse and her team in Cambridge delivered an excellent service. They carefully followed the checkout report, addressed all the issues in detail and carried out a thorough clean across the entire flat. The overall standard was very high and the property is now in very good condition. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and reliability of the company. I also enquired about a regular monthly cleaning service and, although this is not something they currently offer, I would certainly have considered using them for this as well. This is not the first time I have used HelloService and my experience has consistently been positive. I would highly recommend their services and would happily use them again in the future.

We’re very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning service provided by Hello Services Ltd. The team arrived on time and completed the work within the agreed timeframe. Everything was finished in less than 3 hours, and the service was efficient and well organised. One small suggestion for improvement would be to dry the floors after cleaning, as some dried water traces were left once the floors dried. Overall, we’re satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

I am a landlord so have experience of a few end of tenancy cleans. Hello Services cleaned my one bed flat yesterday and it was the best service i have ever had. Nothing missed and even extra attention to the washing machine drawer which other companies always forget! Also included an oven clean which i was worried about but it came up so well. The cleaner was so thorough and was there for over 4 hours. They were on time and such nice people. Will always use Hello Services in future.

Good value - landlord happy! We have a really good experience, the property was cleaned to a good standard, no complaints raised by the landlord. Found customer service really responsive when booking and making changes to the invoice. The invoice itself was clearly laid out and easy to understand. A competitive price as well. Luckily we didn't need the guarantee but was essential that we had one.

This is my second time using this cleaning service for a post tenancy clean. The two cleaners worked so hard and the place was sparkling when they had finished. There is an easy booking system and the cleaners were punctual and friendly. Highly recommended.

This was an end of tenancy clean which I booked at short notice and I was pleased that the office got back to me quickly. The two cleaners Ali and Ismael turned up on time and were polite and friendly. They made a great job of cleaning the oven and the carpets , both of which were very dirty.

Fantastic service! I booked an End of Tenancy clean - online booking was easy, with a live update quote as you add/remove services so you can track the cost. Great communication confirming booking, and reminders sent in advance. Teodora arrived on time, was friendly and extremely thorough in cleaning (much better than other EoT services I have used with other companies). Highly recommend!

Ingrid LS12, thank you for your time! Edit: Wanted to add to this now the person has gone and is no longer pressuring me to write a review, which was what they did. They didn't tell me what to write, just to give a review. A man turned up, non uniformed and without a liveried van as per the website, a subcontractor I'd guess which is fair enough. Had a domestic grade Vax to clean two small carpets, he was nice, did what he could with what he had. Off the shelf laundry products were used as apparently carpet cleaning solutions don't work, I was expecting a professional grade steam cleaning machine, which probably would have done it better. The carpets do look cleaner and landlord has agreed it will suffice for a return of deposit. So in terms of that, job is done. You get what you pay for though, as is the saying. Not overly impressed but people need to be paid for their time so I'll leave it at that and move on. Don't expect me to use this service again though.

The ease of booking the service. The communication and status updates were very helpful. The cleaning team that came to clean the carpets and the oven for an end of tenancy clean were excellent. They arrived on time. They made the oven sparkle as new! We got our full deposit back!
