I ordered an end-of-tenancy cleaning from the company, initially because I didn't need to guess how much I'm going to pay. Their website was clear, with great pricing for different jobs and it was really helpful. They did not disappoint. The communication was great, Olu's team was quick and professional, I can only say good things about the whole experience. Unfortunately I don't have photos to add as we don't live there and handed the keys back to the agency, but they did an excellent job.

We had a team of two come round to complete an end of tenancy clean. They did a fantastic and thorough job, working around furnitures and the last few boxes and suitcases we had in the flat and being very considerate while I worked from home during the clean. Very good service would recommend this company the young man that came round. I'm sorry I don't know his name but he did A fantastic job. The place is spotless. I can't show you pictures cuz we can't get back in the accommodation but we are so happy. Cleaner was really good left the house in a great condition, I booked this service for the first time for my end of tenancy cleaning. I will definitely be using again! Apart from one stain in the carpet, it looks like I never lived there!

I booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Hello services on 04/03/26 . It was so easy to get a quote and make the booking, I had excellent communication with the team regarding some queries. Milad and his colleague arrived on within time, despite initially they went to a different postcode so I had to redirect them to my property. They finished in two hours and did a great job! I would be more satisfied if they paid attention in more detailed cleaning but otherwise all good.

I really like how I can pick exactly which items needs to be cleaned when booking, and the website shows the price breakdown for each item. The team were a little late, but it was fair enough because the weather was very bad and they were very apologetic and easy to get in contact with, though I would have preferred if they had reached out to me when they knew there would be a delay. The work the did was fantastic. It was £230 for end of tenancy clean for two bed apartment, whereas another company quoted me £500! Was very pleased with the end result.
