Good cleaning it's a little expensive, had to go over a few bits.and end of tenancy clean is specific but all in all Ali and Hassan did a good job! We are happy with the result. The hob looks like it's new inside and the inside of all the cupboards were done really well.

Teodora arrived on time and was very friendly and extremely thorough in cleaning (much better than previous EoT services I have booked with other companies!) Highly recommend!

The team that came to do the end of tenancy clean my flat was punctual, friendly, and did a great job resetting my flat to move in condition after 3 years of living there! Had absolutely no issues and they even managed to clean out my oven and make it sparkling again which I’d tried on my own multiple times to no avail. Great service!

This is the second time i have used the end of tenancy cleaning..during both occasions I had a wonderful experience. The team is very skilled and they do a fantatstic job. This time it was Neesh who did the cleaning. And I must admit Neesh and his partner did a superb job. I am very pleased with the outcome. Definitely recommend their services. Right from first contacting Hello Services Ltd, the management/admin team were excellent and importantly for us on this time all communications were quick and clear. I needed to add an oven clean to our quote and that was sorted immediately. On the morning of the clean I had to contact them urgently as the person opening up the house was held up by traffic. They communicated with both myself and their cleaning team so no one was disadvantaged, everyone’s spoke to was very polite and respectful and nothing seemed to be of any trouble. We knew the house was in the need of a deep clean/end of tenancy so that’s what we booked in, along with the oven clean. I don’t live in Liverpool so have had to rely on the person who held the keys: their report back to us on the clean is nothing short of exceptional. The team who carried out the clean have worked absolute miracles, everything looks infinitely cleaner but especially the bathroom (terrible limescale on bath shower and loo and general mould due to it being an inside bathroom, no window or effective vent and high humidity) and the oven due to too many sausages 🤣😉 Apparently the house not only looks amazing but it smells amazing too! I can highly recommend Hello Services Ltd as they obviously run a very efficient and competent business. All that’s left for us to say is thank you very much, you removed a lot of stress from our shoulders 🤩 The house

Your team was really friendly and very polite. We had a end of tenancy cleaning booked and they came well equipped. I have not seen the end result - we had to leave. But I do trust that they did a great job. The whole process of booking the cleaning was very easy - there was always someone answering the phone if I had question. Very happy customer here.

After a shaky start, with cleaners being over an hour late, the team did a great job. Landlord was very happy with the job too. The team were also very friendly.

The guys that came to my house for an end of tenancy clean worked non-stop from 830 to 5pm. They were polite and respectful. They took care of my furniture when cleaning it to ensure the velvet wasn’t damaged. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic service. I used the End of Tenancy service, even though I was actually just moving in - the place was a mess and before I moved anything in, it needed a really good clean, including carpets. The standard of work was excellent, organised well and really did get in to the detail of the cleaning. Would use again and would highly recommend.

From the original request for a quote all the way through the booking & confirmation to the clean, you have been excellent It would have scored 10, however, the washing machine was not cleaned & was on the agreed invoice This was booked as part of our end of tenancy clean We have needed to clean the washing machine door, glass, seal & drawer ourselves

Sardar and Shahid did superb work for an end of tenancy cleaning for my 2 bedroom rental apartment. Initially, there was an issue with cleaning being declined, and had to wait 30 minutes for it to get resolved. However, the job done by them in 2 hours was exceptional. Would definitely recommend Sardar and Shahid! They make a great team.
