Punctual, efficient and a great clean.

Very pleased with the service. Polite, friendly, efficient and they ensured we got the full deposit back on the property.

They were not covid secure as was promised. Otherwise efficient hardworking and had a plan with the right equipment

My movers were great! So fast and organised. Both of them were lovely so if I need to move again, I will definitely use the same guys. At one point my husband and I were nervous about all our stuff fitting in a Luton van, but Abdulla managed it all as well as keeping us calm.

Little but of an issue with timing to pick up stuff, but it worked out well in the end and service was excellent. Thanks

I have had my house & carpets cleaned recently in Kent by Justyna & Darek. They were both polite, lovely and made the whole experience very easy. My house looks absolutely amazing, they were so thorough and I couldn’t find a fault if I tried. Booking the job and receiving the quote was very easy! Couldn’t be happier !

I actually did not see the finished house after cleaning, but wanted to feed back on how brilliant communication was prior to the job being arranged. Also, the cleaner Vlasta was in touch throughout the day and went above and beyond with our particular circumstances. I was extremely impressed! If her cleaning is anything like her work ethic - it is impeccable! This seems like a company with a lot of integrity. Will definitely use again and highly recommend

I used Hello Cleaning for my recent end-of-tenancy clean in Oxford. I found the quoting and booking process to be straightforward with good customer service and quick response time. The cleaning itself went well, was no fuss and done to a high standard. The check out with the real estate agent had no issued with the cleaning standard. Only one minor issue was the cleaners were about 20 minutes late on the day. Otherwise I would be happy to use them again.

Top class work from everyone who came to clean my flat. The floors are amazing, the bathrooms look brand new and the oven has never been so clean. Well worth the money. I strongly recommend.

Adriana visited my house for an end of tenancy clean. I honestly couldn’t be happier. The services, outcomes, quality and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. Topped off with the fact Adriana was very friendly and communicative. Would recommend and will use again.

There were a few issues in the morning where the cleaner rang saying they had no carpet cleaner and that wasn’t part of the service j had paid for. It was clearly part of the itemised invoice I had already paid so I am not sure where the confusion had arisen but it took a few different phone calls to resolve. I am told by the property management company that the end result was good.

This five star review is for Nicole and Marius who performed a miracle on the house that was left in a mess after the first cleaning team that was sent by Hello Services. We specifically booked end of builders clean which doesn’t mean a simple mop up, it requires extra effort and plenty of time. The first 2 guys were completely inadequate, didn’t have right tools and cleaning materials, and claimed they’ve done a good job. We complained to Hello Services about the standards and quality, and they sent us the team we wanted in the first place who turned everything around in 5 hours. Can’t thank Nicole and Marius enough and would only recommended them for any cleaning job! Thanks to Hello Services for rectifying the issues and responding positively.

The team were waiting for me, on time. They started straight away and have done a good job. The oven was really bad but now looks clean and usable. Many thanks.

I had such a wonderful experience yesterday with some great people coming to do an end of tenancy clean. Nicole, Marius and their colleague turned up managed to clean the property from top to bottom in not only a timely manner but they made the place sparkle also.
