The Hello Clean team were communicative with me. They did shift the time from 9am to 4.30pm the day before but that suited me better. On the day 4 cleaners came at 3.30. They spread around the house and were very quick and efficient: 90 minutes later they were done. It would have taken me at least 12 hours on my own. They took me on a tour so I could check their work. It was all clean: my tenants had kept it in a good condition with no difficult cleaning needed. Carpets and sofa were still wet so difficult to judge the carpet cleaning. £270 was a good price versus competitors.

The cleaning team was great - on time, fabulous cleaning job. They called as they said they would and we could see they had worked extremely hard to clean our flat. No hesitation in recommending this service. Thank you!

Vlasta and her team did an amazing job - they arrived for the job early and finished early as well. Professional and thorough! Would highly recommended and I will be using her services again!

I am extremely satisfy with the work done on "9A Napier Street S118HA", However my tenancy Agent have to review and I hope there will not be any major correction from them on cleaning. Ludvik and team were done good job, so I am putting 9 rating for their service. Just FYI, I am not comfortable on s23QX service which is my first cleaning service I took from you but second service at "9A Napier Street, S118HA" change my mind positively on Hello service Ltd and I am will recommend to other friends and colleagues

Really pleased with the clean done. 3 hard working ladies showed up to my house and gave it a good clean after building work that was much needed. The only negative was that they expected cash on completion of the job and I had already paid on card the day before so feel that should have been communicated to them in advance by Hello Services.

Cleaners were friendly and effective. They ensured they did a thorough cleaning job for my end of tenancy clean. House looked spotless when they had finished. Great value for money

Great service from the cleaners. However, I was misquoted how the extrnal windows are counted, this was not explained, so I ended up paying more than originallly agreed.

Easy to book, change any details and pay. Great service overall. In terms of cleaners, the first guys change the time of the cleaning on the day before and didn't do a great job. While the second time (different guys) were on time, very friendly and did a great job.

They were very communicative about when they were arriving and when they were finishing. Did a great job of cleaning everything thoroughly, cost effective and were friendly. I would note that there was little consideration for covid protective measures - no masks, no distancing and hand shakes.

We have just moved into what can only be described as a student house. Vlasta and her team came and spent five hours deep cleaning every inch of the property. They were fantastic in their attitude and their high expectations of what they wanted it to look like after. I was so impressed with them and it really was money well spent. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Highly recommend! The team was amazing and they did a great job! I had 3 amazing people work on the property today and in the end was squeaky clean.

Very thorough job. The large increase in price when they saw the house was something of a shock, but probably justified based on the amount of work that needed doing.

A great job....quite expensive but worth every penny. The team were excellent and worked really hard. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and your services.

Excellent service,,,,,my wife tells me now that hairs in bath not removed, sink plugholes not cleaned and dishwasher ditto,,,,but otherwise worth every penny...the guys were excellent and we did walk round with them at the end of the 'service'.....wouldn't hesitate to recommend even though it was a little on the steep side.....

Both the cleaners left a perfect finish until we were happy with it. Deep clean was excellent.

The cleaners arrived on time and did a very good job. They worked very hard. Unfortunately, they damaged a blind in the bedroom and left without telling me. Fortunately my son was able to repair the blind. If they had told me about the blind I would have given them a 10!

Exceptional standards. We arranged an end of tenancy clean and we were blown away by the standard to which the team cleaned our flat. It made us want to stay! So much cleaner than when we moved in! Highly recommend!!

I was very impressed with the way Hello dealt with my cleaning requirements from initial quote to actual clean. Mine was a last minute requirement which they were able to deal with although I couldn't be present on the day of the clean I was contacted on the morning to confirm what was required

Overall the service was ok. Had to have the cleaners back again and they dont have steaming apparatus which was needed for some of the tasks.

Very friendly, reliable and did a fab job. Thank you. Certainly use you again. The only problem we had was they were given the incorrect site address and went to the head office first.

The cleaning team were efficient and thorough and overall did a good job. The missed out a few areas by accident but the rest they completed to a good standard. Arranging the service at such short notice with no fuss was also a great bonus and much appreciated in our circumstances. It would be helpful if you could notify the cleaning team that payment had been received so they didn't have to ask my mum for it again at the end.

The whole process has been very easy and the clean was excellent

My nephew had bought his 1st flat and excitedly we got the keys and stepped over the threshold only to find filth. Cat hair, waves and waves of it, tar from smoking, sticky dirty filth, grease, even cat hair in the fridge freezer! We did what we could but didnt scratch the surface. I found hello and was surprised at how easy it was to book a cleaning team. Our cleaning team made contact prior to the day, and when they arrived they were friendly, cheerful, and extremely hard working. They really know what they're doing and have a strong constitution! I would use them again, without a doubt.

Some spots where missed e.g mirror in bathroom not cleaned and water marks left on table. Cleaners where smoking and left cigarette butt in front garden. Apart from that very good clean would book again.

The two cleaners were hard working, polite, and cheerful. The booking method was easy and efficient.

Booked this team for a deep clean when moving into a new property. Reasonably priced. Good customer service. Good communication. They were punctual, professional and did a great job. Would recommend.

Great cleaning but 44 mins late and didn’t stay 4 hours

They did an amazing job ! I was so impressed and they have now made my new home smell and look amazing ! Ready for us to move in the next day ! Tina and her team were brilliant and ensured that every room was spotless and clean
