Communication and payment was super easy. Cleaners turned up early and stayed an extra half hour. Cleaners very friendly. The kitchen was spotless - never seen an oven so clean and able to get marks off inside the cupboards. Went into the property next day and had to wipe a few skirting boards and walls around the light switch - but overall very good experience. Would recommend and use again.

The invoice and payment is very straight forward. The list of criteria was very clear. Cleaners came on time and very friendly. Found a few marks which were missed on the cupboard tops and skirting board but overall very happy with the clean. Will recommend and use again. Many thanks

During a stressful house-move, Hello Services cleaners made this part extremely easy with their excellent communication (always emailed me straight back and accommodated my requests) and fantastic cleaning job which left the property sparkling. The cleaners were friendly and professional, sending us photos of the job once they finished, and we trusted them. Would definitely use again and highly recommend, thank you!

The service was very good and on time but I was quoted the work would take 2.5 hours when in fact it took 4.5, which is quite off the mark and meant I had to spend much more money than I had expected.

We used hello services to do a last minute end of tenancy clean and it was great! So glad we were able to book them at such short notice, we were lucky :) thanks!

Hired for end of tenancy cleaning. Absolutely brilliant ! Polite, efficient and very thorough. Very happy with the flat clean and very happy with the service and the price. Would 100% recommend.

Really good service and we are very happy with quality of cleaning - only minor things is that bleach was spilt on our bath and toilet mats which I have had to throw away - not a big problem but maybe a little more care required with bleach! :-)

Mohammad was very helpful, he communicated effectively and demonstrated listening skills, and showed empathy throughout the process. He kept to time and also went out of his way to ensure the moving accomplished within the allocated time. I will definitely be using the organisation and would also recommend to others.

We recently had a clean for an end of tenancy Ana was out cleaner they both did such an amazing job. The oven was the cleanest I had ever seen it and the bathroom was super clean. Overall I am very happy with the clean they where super professional and a great price too. Thank you so much.

Friendly staff, great cleaning, competitive rates! My cleaner Ana and her assistant were really friendly, polite and did a fantastic job. I was having to teach online in one room and they were incredibly accommodating and respectful. They were also very aware of social distancing and wore face masks. The service from beginning to end was brilliant. The quote was emailed to me, I called up and got a deep clean booked in on the date I wanted. I also had an email and text reminder about the appointment. We moved into a house that was dirty. It hadn't been cleaned in years and smelled. Ana and her team did an excellent job. Everything was cleaned very thoroughly and smelt really nice afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend the company. Thank you very much.

Adriana and her team called to see if they could arrive earlier, no problem for us. 3.5 hours later and a lot of hard work by her team the house was cleaner than its ever been.
