Cleaning was very good. Especially for the price they have. All others I've checked are much higher. The only confusion is that it was stated in the invoice they do exterior window cleaning, but in fact they do not unless you are on the ground floor. so better check beforehand.

Our property was cleaned by hello services team today, they arrived on time and called us half an hour before finishing the property. I went back to the property and I was really amazed. Very responsive and they pay attention to every detail. Will definitely recommend them

Initial contact and quote process really quick, professional and easy. Slight uncertainty when trying to pay via bank transfer as details were flagged as fraudulent by my bank. I did call Hello servuces who assured me the details were correct but then went on to say they get this alot! If this is the case then this should be flagged up with clients before they come to pay so they are prepared and no need to panic. The staff I spoke to on the telephone were polite and helpful. The only thing I would say is there doesn't seem to be much communication between staff as my call was answered but I also got two further calls from other staff thinking it was a missed call. The team that attended my property worked very hard and I'm very pleased with the result.

After hiring hello services for our pre move in cleaning. I was really impressed seeing the house looking incredibly clean. Adam and his colleagues were supper professional and fully equipped. Highly recommended.

Nice job. We don't live near the house we wanted cleaning, so have only seen pictures but it looks like the team we hired from Hello Services have done a good job. Very accommodating and helpful outfit, especially Adam Some problems with communication, which were frustrating for a while, but the company sorted things out reasonably promptly. Good price.

Overall the cleaning was very good. However units on the front of my breakfast bar area were not cleaned as they still had marks on them and the inside contained crumbs and sawdust. I was unsure if the sofas had been cleaned as they didn't smell of upholstery that had been washed and there were a few grim marks on the arms of the sofas. The kitchen cupboard doors felt sticky which was perhaps from the products used. Other than that we had no other issues.

I am very very very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning Nicole and Marius have carried out. They covered all the areas of the detailed End Of Tenancy Cleaning Checklist and went far and beyond by diminishing all the dirt and grime in all areas of all rooms making sure that all the surfaces were dusted, wiped and polished down. I was also very pleased with the cleaning of the bathroom which they scrubbed and sanitised throughout. The carpets, doors, frames, skirting boards, windows and sills were also cleaned to a very good standard including the kitchen. The kitchen cupboards and drawers that had a lot of stickiness were deep cleaned inside and out, also to an excellent standard leaving no stickiness, whilst all the kitchen appliances were deep cleaned covering the fridge, washing machine, cooker, oven and the extractor over the cooker. They also pulled out the oven and cleaned down the sides of the cupboards surrounding the oven and cleaned the ovens outer sides giving it a sparkling facelift. I have used other end of tenancy cleaning companies previously before, but "hand on heart” these are the most honest, reliable and professional cleaners I have ever come across including reasonably priced. Had a booking 6th July and unfortunately they were double booked so instead of my 10am booking they had to come later at 1.30pm. It was a slight inconvenience as I had moved and my new property is not local but the guy came and picked my keys up so I could leave and then called me with notice to go and pick up the keys once they were done! They have done a great job and cleaned a small bathroom that I hadn’t asked them too, very happy!

Used this service recently and can’t fault them at all they were on time did everything I needed and were very helpful. I’d recommend this company.

Excellent customer service and the cleaning team were fabulous

The drivers were very friendly and helpful. But they arrived at our place without any of the boxes we had previously paid for and were not aware we had contracted them. The office was helpful to find a solution but the whole process was delayed in 2 hours and in the end we didnt get any 'wardrobe boxes' as they had run out in the warehouse which left our clothes quite messy (exactly what we had planned on avoiding!)

The Incoming inventory was professionally carried out a couple of hours after the clean. The person undertaking it said that the clean was not perfect, mentioning specifically hairs under the plugs and some small pockets of dust. My son who inspected after the clean said he thought it looked OK but he will not have the beady eye of the professional. it may help if i quote verbatim from the inventory report:- "Professionally cleaned however some areas not fully such as some residual dust, hob in Kitchen, plugs in Bathroom and Shower Room" On the Admin side you score 10/10, so thank you -and the price is not unreasonable . I would recommend you to others, but you may wish to mention the Inventory report to your cleaners.

They got double booked unfortunately but the guy went out of his way to accommodate me, picked up my keys and did a fab job cleaning my old flat

Adam did a fantastic job dismantling my bed this afternoon. He was very friendly, courteous, efficient and polite. I would not hesitate to ask for his help again and I would highly recommend him!
