One of the best cleaning service ever had. I was impressed with the bathroom

The team were so lovely and super helpful. They cleaned the flat within an inch of its life for an end of tenancy clean and I'll be surprised if our management agency can find a single thing to complain about!

My partner and I recently bought a new house, before moving in we wanted to deep clean the house to remove all traces of the previous owners. Nicole and Marius absolutely blitzed the place, they even turned the stained carpets into something usable. We are extremely happy with the end result and I would recommend them for all cleaning work.

Izabel and her team were amazing. They left our house absolutely spotless ready for the new owners. They got felt tip stains out of carpets which had been there for months which I hadn’t been able to shift, cupboards were spotless, they were thorough in everything and all appliances looked good as new. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in the future.

I think the cleaners were great, but you charged me 390 for 5 bedrooms and when I said only 2 bedrooms you only reduced the fee to 360.00. Otherwise I'm very pleased. Thank you

Unfortunately the ‘the lead’ cleaner was a little abrupt and unhelpful. They were booked in for 3 hours but only actually only stayed for 47 minutes. When I asked about this, even though the radiator wasn’t cleaned, I was told ‘this is the best we can do.’ I will not use this service again.

The cleaner was great and much cheaper than other quotes I received they did an excellent job. The website and main office is clunky and I was provided mixed messages about payment which made me question the validity of the site.

After selling our house, we hired Hello Cleaning Services to clean our house prior to completion later that same day. Izabel and her team did an excellent job on cleaning the property including all kitchen units inside and out as well as the double oven range inside and out. The only thing I would say is that you need to specify the ovens as an additional item when requesting the quote online. If you don’t specify it at the time of quote, then it’s hardly surprising if it is not included on the day. Overall we had an excellent service. It was not without hiccups along the way, but as well as being an excellent cleaner and leader, Izabel was also an excellent problem solver and managed to get the best out of her team while at all times remaining customer focused throughout. She really cared about the quality of work being done. Would I recommend them to anyone else? Yes…..without question. They got us out of a right old pickle.

They did a thorough job and were flexible - rather than doing tasks that didn’t need doing ( although they were on the quote) they were willing to clean other things instead. They were polite, friendly and respectful.

Great service from Katie and Bobby, who were absolutely fantastic. Deep cleaning of our house was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, leaving each surface sparkling clean. Strongly recommend for anyone who wants a job well done and with enthusiasm.

Excellent deep clean of our house from a the team with Nicole, Marius and co. They were on time, and had good attention to detail from top to bottom, including dust collected behind wardrobes and in carpets. Would definitely recommend.

Sulltan and Adam did a fantastic job hanging 18 pictures in my new flat. The pictures are all very special to me and it has made my flat feel just like home. They were very polite and helpful and between us we worked out the best places for them to go, and they look beautiful.

Cleaned exactly what I asked them to concentrate on. Whole bungalow thoroughly cleaned, kitchen degreased all in a couple of hours. They were polite courteous and hard working. Thank you Nina and her colleague sorry I didn’t catch his name.

Adrianna and Mariam arrived on time. I showed them what I wanted done and they did a great job. All rooms rooms upstairs hoovered and flooring downstairs mopped to a high level. Kitchen and bathroom cleaned thoroughly and windows and stair rails cleaned. The oven and kitchen cupboards look brand new and they even mopped behind the fridge, freezer, washing machine and cooker. Very happy with the service.

I cannot praise the gentlemen who did my move enough! They were so professional and lovely. Even getting a bit lost (not their fault - we also got lost trying to find the new property the first time) they managed to pull the whole job off in under the 4 hours I originally paid for. I had been entirely ready to pay for another hour, but no need! They didn't moan about the stairs at the new property, just got on with it and got the job done amazingly. They deserve the world and I'm sorry I can't remember their names to praise them individually.

I couldn't recommend Nicole and Marius enough, they were: very professional; understood and made clear any requirements before starting; and did and extremely good job given the circumstances.

The cleaning was very thorough and the house looks brand new.

I booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning from Hello Services, the cleaner who came by was friendly and gave the flat a good cleaning - but then the renting agency pointed out some areas that didn't meet their criteria. I got in touch with Hello Services again, they gave some explanations (Covid-19 restrictions etc.), but then efficiently sent the cleaner back to rework on the flat, the renting agency was happy with the result in the end. These cleaning jobs aren't rocket science and sometimes different people may have different standards (which they may not communicate clearly enough!!), what you need is a company that is helpful and responsive and has the goodwill to deliver satisfactory services to the clients. Thought the cleaning service was very good. They arrived and did a deep hoover, cleaning all areas and were very efficient. My carpets were steam cleaned and are now back to looking new. Very impressed overall.
