Moving home was definitely a stressful experience, I’m so glad I had decided to hire a professional cleaner to get me going. I booked the cleaner for the day after my move in to new home. Team Nihad, a man and a lady, worked hard for nearly 3 hours (they were even fasting at that time) with no wasting time. I was able to get on my online accounts sorted for banks, suppliers, etc., then when the team has gone, I was able to unpack things straight into the cupboard, etc. It was the best ever money I spent on my moving home event (apart from my house of course 😊).

The task and end of tenancy deep clean: to bring a three bedroomed older property back from a terrible state. Elderly parents had got overwhelmed with years of accumulated clutter to the point where we didn’t know where to start. We wanted to hand the property over to the new owners in a decent state and knew it needed professionals. We found Hello services competitively priced so went with them. However, the real value came in their ability to estimate the time frame needed for the work and then methodically worked their way through the considerable task. They were very professional and I would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone.

My regular experience has been great, they do go beyond expectations and make it more comfortable. I really recommend this service they are friendly and reliable truly Super👍🏻

This is the second time we have used the moving services! Man with van Mahmoud was so kind to help us load and unload our belongings. Great experience again! Everything was so well organized carefully arranged and secured for the 130 mile transport! I asked Hello Services for a deep clean of the carpets of a house in London we were moving into. Loqman and his colleague arrived on time and were incredibly fast in firstly hoovering all to be worked on and then deep cleaning a total of seven sets of carpets across our first and second floors including carpeted stairs. After this, they hoovered under the cupboards and behind the washing machine, tumble dryer and areas of the kitchen that even the previous owners, then following tenants had never cleaned! They spent a good 45 minutes on this alone and charged nothing additionally, but worked diligently throughout and left a great impression on our new home. Must use Loqman and his team and I have already begun recommending them and Hello Services.

Good quality thorough cleaning

Cleaners arrived promptly, gave an estimate of the time it would take and got straight to work. The clean was extremely thorough and put the flat in perfect condition before the end-of-tenancy inspection

Lovely people and hard workers

These guys were amazing! They turned our right mess of a house into a sparkler. Professional, hard working and genuinely friendly, also efficient with time, thought it would take much longer but nah they did it fast and good.

Hannah and Charlotte were amazing! They gave my elderly mum’s house a deep clean. Polite and very pleasant, they both worked so hard for 4 hours, would not stop for a drink or chat and left the house so very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Where I was apologising for the state of this and that, they said that I wasn’t to worry and that they would deal with it. And they did! I am so glad that I engaged Hello Services and that I got these two girls allocated to clean for me. If you live in the Swansea area and need the services of professional cleaners, use Hello Services. Hopefully, Hannah and Charlotte will come to you too.

I used Hello Services in Kent for an After Builders Clean. The two people who came to clean were prompt, even in heavy snow, they communicated well, took in everything I asked them to do, gave me a clear time estimate and kept to it, and did a really thorough, impressive, detailed job. Called in to do a clean after the new tenants advised the outgoing tenants had not cleaned before vacating. They were very accommodating with dates and delayed to allow new tenants unpack. The new tenants are very pleased and confirmed that they did an excellent job. Will use again
