The team were amazing, unfortunately did not catch their names but they were attentive to our priorities and very thorough. Our request was very last minute after moving to a home that was left in a less than desirable state. They managed to save carpets that we thought were destined for the bin and… Read more

made them as good as new! Well worth the money and I would recommend to anyone in need! My only suggestion would be for booking to specify that external windows requiring a ladder cannot be cleaned to ensure clarity when booking services.

Amazing service!. The guys were amazing, friendly and very tolerable of our over excited puppy! thought were heading for the bin back to life! Where things couldn’t be cleaned they were helpful with further suggestions on things to try. My only request would be that the booking system be updated to specify external windows requiring a ladder cannot be cleaned to ensure clarity when booking.

The team that did the work were amazing! I nearly cried when I saw just what they had achieved! Only 4 stars because I unfortunately had to pay extra as it needed more doing than originally quoted. I wasn’t asked to send pictures of the areas needed for cleaning, and feel it would improve customer… Read more

service to make sure that photos are obtained in order to give more accurate quotes. Also when asked to describe the “condition” of the areas, more detail is required as to what each category (good, average, poor etc) actually means. On a more positive note, communication with this company was very good, and I’m very happy with the end result. hussein and his co worker pulled off a miracle cleaning my house, they were very thorough and were there a very long time making sure everything was done. Thank you both!

Nihad and his team did an excellent job. The house was well cleaned and smelled fresh. We were especially pleased with the carpets which looked almost new after the clean. The booking was easy and any questions I had were answered promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

Booked an end of tenancy clean and despite not being able to do as much pre cleaning as hoped, they did a pretty darn near perfect job. Booking was very easy, on the day they were pretty good at communicating. Only dropping a star as they did miss the boiler cupboard and it was on the pricier side,… Read more

but other than that, they did every surface in the place. No major problems.

Was cleaned well but the 'self-quoting' system leaves some grey areas on the price. They need to confirm the price at the beginning of the job and not call out additional charges as they go. Also, if you add '"cleaning of external windows" make sure they actually do it, or discount if not done. I ap… Read more

preciate they call out they need to be able to access, but I didn't get any discount for them not doing it, and I managed to access myself. Generally OK.

Great company, very communicative throughout as house needed extra cleaning due to not being lived in for years. Unfortunately, i personally was not able to see the finished product. The Estate agent checked and no negative comments whatsoever. Big thanks to the cleaning team. Mel
