Exceptional service and impressive deep clean

I used Hello Services for the second time for a deep cleaning at my flat in my living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, and hallway, which included a deep steam of my sectional 5-seater couch and TALL window cleaning. He did an exceptional job. I was so impressed with the attention to detail he gave m… Read more

y apartment as part of the cleaning. He cleaned the tiniest corners / trimmings! He was kind and very professional the whole time. I will absolutely be booking him / the team again when I need another deep clean. I also really appreciate how Hello Services let's you mix & match your cleaning needs as part of the quote creation, letting me account for certain unique situations (e.g. I didn't want my bedrooms cleaned just the bathrooms). The flexibility with the quote was the first reason I booked with them, and now after 2 deep cleans being so impressive I will be booking another clean in the future!

  End of tenancy clean

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the end of tenancy clean that Ismail and Ali did on my flat. It honestly looked absolutely amazing — so spotless and fresh. I’m really impressed and just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the job. Communication was also great in the lead up. Thanks again!

Ismael and Ali were very friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job cleaning a disgusting oven and extractor that we inherited when we moved in.

  Great end-of-tenancy clean

Mike and Eldon did a fab job today. I needed an end-of-tenancy clean. I was really happy with their efforts and the results. They are also really lovely blokes. I would definitely recommend this service. It was easy to arrange and at fairly short notice. Thanks very much!

  Very good services provided

Very good services provided. Cleaned the hob free of cost as I forgot to add in the requirements. Very good cleaning of the washroom despite it being in a dire condition. Both operatives Ismail and Ali were very professional and did a good job.

  Kind, respectful, and efficient cleaning

The team was very kind and respectful the whole cleaning and they did a wonderful job! They called and asked if they could come earlier because they finished their first job early, which was a nice surprise. When they arrived, they asked good questions and set expectations on what they were planning… Read more

to clean. My partner unfortunately was sick and in bed while they were cleaning the attached bathroom, and they were super courteous and understanding of the last-minute situation. The team did a great job deep cleaning my sectional couch, dirty tile floors became white again, bathrooms, hallways and cleaned 2 rugs. Windows were also wiped clean without prints. After the appt, the team even called asking if they could come back and try a different product on a tough mildew stain in the toilet - which I appreciated!

2 men turned up at the house who didn't look particularly clean and smart which I think doesn't reflect well on your company. Some kind of uniform would have been a better look. They cleaned the house to an acceptable standard although not sure I would call it a 'deep clean'. The one who appeared to… Read more
