The girls that came were efficient, polite and hard working but due to an unforeseen incident weren’t the crew that were initially supposed to be doing the job. Consequently having had to travel from Southampton which is quite some distance away, didn’t arrive until 4.40pm meaning a late finish whic… Read more

Izabel was AMAZING. Her attention to detail went above and beyond. I walked into a home that smelt lovely and fresh and was spotless. Many thanks to Izabel's team in Southampton for doing truly an amazing job! We moved into a pretty disgusting house and the team achieved wonders in just a few hours! Buyers should bear in mind however that Hello Services charges a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel - which we thought was pretty high!

Ridiculous situation where cleaners came from Southampton to Devon to clean bungalow. Apparently this situation arose as our local cleaners were unable to come but had supported the folk from Southampton in the past. Thank goodness for loyalty! for drinks or food a carried out a good clean in a friendly manner before the long drive home again. I take my hat off to these two cleaners who were determined not to let me down I’ve read other customer reports from people who were not happy with the service but personally my experience was good and I would recommend the company based on that experience. I received prompt compensation for cleaners coming a day late.

Izabel and her assistant came to clean our Southampton flat last Saturday prior to our new tenant moving in. She was punctual, professional and extremely efficient, and deep cleaned everywhere to an extremely high standard. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Izabel!
