Bogdan from the cleaning team was an absolute star — very kind, professional, efficient, and well organised. The end of tenancy cleaning was done to a really high standard, and everything was handled smoothly and effectively. Ela from customer service was also very helpful and kind throughout the process. Very pleased and happy with the service overall and really appreciated the experience.

Hello Services has under its umbrella a number of individual cleaning companies and so one doesn’t know who is coming until on the day. Once used it is possible to request the same group of cleaners if one was happy first time round. I would request the same three cleaners again who did a deep clean for me recently after some heavy building work. However, one star was knocked off as some high ledges had been not cleaned, still thick with builder’s dust. Overall, what was cleaned was cleaned extremely well.

Booked last minute for an end of tenancy clean. They guys were prompt and efficient. Amazing value for money and left the property looking top notch. I would highly recommend there service.

Sulltan and Adam were absolutely brilliant. They assembled some complicated IKEA items perfectly. They were really helpful and left assembly areas clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Had a good experience with Hello Services. A short notice deep clean at my mum's house while she was in hospital. The cleaners arrived late but warned me in advance and it was not a problem for me. They did a good job on a very long overdue clean, with five rescue cats and all the challenges that brings.

Today Sardar KT19 team, done a end of tenancy clean for our elderly relative, all I can say is WOW, on time, did an amazing job, I’d never seen the house so clean, it was sparkling, I would highly recommend this company, if we need a cleaner in the future, I know where we would go 🤩

Easy to book with fantastic communication. I had 2 mattresses cleaned with them. They came up a treat. By far the most reasonably priced. As I'm unable to walk the lady kept me informed about every step of the cleaning, offering to take photos to come and show me. 💯% would use again. Thank you

I booked a deep clean at short notice after the house we moved into was filthy, the next day Bianca and her team arrived and they were absolutely fantastic, punctual and professional, the results they achieved were quite amazing, I honestly can't recommend them enough, I would 100% use this service again

Fantastic cleaning job from Jose. Very pleased with the result! We’ve struggled with a few really tricky spots such as grime on the window frames and limescale on the shower screen, but these are now looking spotless! Would definitely use again, and would recommend to friends and family.

I was initially apprehensive after reading some reviews but the 2 men turned up 10 minutes early and did not stop working for 2 solid hours on a hot day and were very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them.5 star x

Cleaners were on time and did an incredible job! I was expecting this to be a one time service but now I’m planning using them every few months to keep on top of the household cleaning.

I used them to do a regular clean on my house. The cleaner was absolutely lovely and did everything I asked and when I requested her to return the next time they arranged it for me.

A good company and service, very polite. We had just moved in to a new house and which needed a deep clean. The cleaning had been done to a good standard, a few areas were missed but they promptly came out and re cleaned what was missed. My only request would be to use steam mops when cleaning laminate flooring, otherwise a job well done.

They did a good job. Landlord was extremely happy.
