Did a really good job. Very happy with the end of lease clean.

They were very polite and did what I asked them to do. But I did feel that I had to point out a couple of things that cleaners should notice. You don’t just go through the motion of cleaning (windows) then leave them if they are still smeary. The oven clean was brilliant, like new. Overall, yes I would use them again.

The cleaners worked diligently, and mad a superb job of cleaning the flat.

Already recommended Hello services to all my friends, called them on a Friday and booked a deep clean for Saturday, fast, effective, professional, will definitely use them again!

You could do the whole range of end of tenancy services including kitchen appliances, rugs and carpets as well as the normal surfaces, units, paintwork etc.

The cleaners were excellent. They were very pleasant and polite and did a first class job of cleaning the bathroom. Very pleased.

Brilliant service, and thorough clean. I was really happy and would use again. The only negative that i wasnt made aware or pre warned is that you need to cover parking for the cleaner/s if theres not onsite parking.

The services were very easy to book, with clear pricing for every addition I made. There were no hidden fees or unclear costs. Considering the state the tenants left the house in, I was overall generally pleased with the cleaning results.

The cleaners were very good, and the areas to be cleaned were cleaned exceptionally well. But the initial time slot was missed which was 9am and was rescheduled for 2pm but they were dropped off at 1.30pm. This did not cause me any problems as I’m retired and in all day.

The team that came to do our end of tenancy cleaning were amazing. They were all very friendly and professional. The house smelled so clean and fresh when they were done. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this team to anyone.

The team turned up on time, calling me to advise of their arrival, they were friendly and polite. They then called when they were finished so i could check all was ok. The house was sparkling! I would happily use them again

the people were excellent, you could tell that they really cared about completing the cleaning too the highest level. I could not be happier.

A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.

Efficient and thorough clean. Will gladly use again.

Some of the work done was excellent but Some not so well done. Bathroom blind still thick dust along bottom. Bedroom nightshade still very. Dusty. In toilet half the skirting board clean, the other have left dirty. I would have expected at least an apology for breaking a bedside lamp. I also, expect a refund for not doing the patio as I had paid for that.

The work was carried out with minimal fuss, on time, and I was very pleased with the result. The carpets look so much better and the whole house felt much cleaner and lighter.

Because I was really impressed by the overall job undertaken by the cleaners (Faraz & Manuela) who attended my property and would definately request them again as they were through and the property looked as good as new!

The team was on time, friendly and effective. Part of the job was to clean the lounge carpet which I thought would be impossible. Of course it’s not like brand new but far better than it was. The oven looks great too. All in all great work.

Both men where really good and I didn’t have too move anything. And I didn’t feel scared in my home when there were cleaning. And there didn’t stop till the jobs were done So thank you so much for your help

Really kind and friendly; asked if they could come early bc they finished job beforehand early which was a nice surprise; great job deep cleaning the couch - wow! And getting hard mildew off the shower door, bathroom counter, and kitchen tiles. I was so impressed with their cleaning work and they were so friendly throughout. They even asked if they could come back to try a different cleaning product on the rough mildew stain in the toilet - I really appreciate that.

The arrangements were really straightforward, the communications beforehand were helpful with prompt replies to my queries, the team phoned just before they arrived, were lreally ovely and our end of tenancy clean was great. Very pleasant young man, cleaned every bit of mess up in kitchen and cleaned carpet well, although when dry a couple of dark spots could be seen but overall very pleased

They were friendly and efficient, the bathroom is gleaming and this took some doing as the place was filthy when we moved in. They were great with my baby, and were happy to work around us while I had her napping, and did a decent hoover of the living room even pulling out our very heavy 3 seater sofa that I can’t move so can never clean behind.

Every part of the experience, from arrangements before the clean and throughout, was faultless. Thank you so much.
