Excellent job done on thoroughly cleaning the house, team of 5 arrived, work done swiftly and professionally. Took off 1 point as they did not wear masks during lockdown. Otherwise, highly recommended! And organised at very short notice, thank you. A higher price than I expected to pay, no doubt, but in the end got what we needed, when we needed it, so therefore value for the money. Thank you LL and Ludwig and Hello Services team.

Booked for an end of tenancy clean. Vlasta and her colleague did a fantastic job in record time! The job for a 1 bedroom flat including carpet clean took just 2 hours, but she did not skimp on quality of cleaning. The flat was left in great condition (skirting, oven, cupboards etc all cleaned to high standard) with the carpet looking almost new. They even moved large furniture to clean underneath. Both Vlasta and her colleague were very professional and friendly. I hadn't moved all my belongings out when they arrived but this was not an issue for them. Very polite and appreciate them still working during the pandemic. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to pay to rearrange the booking. First I was told it would be £50 to rearrange less than 24 hours before, but this reduced £25 when I mentioned that in the confirmation email it does not mention anything about amending a booking, only cancelling a booking? (It would be not be an issue to charge for amendments but this should be made clear when booking!) Otherwise a great service and easy to book.

I recently had a large removal and end of tenancy cleaning done by Hello Services in Brighton. They were very friendly, professional, careful and respectful. They did an excellent job, highly recommended.

Thoroughly impressed with Douglas and his colleagues end of lease clean . The place was spotless and smelled lovely and fresh . Industrial job-specific products were used (oven / windows / woodwork /carpets etc) meaning each part of the house was gleaming . They went the extra mile in terms of adding mould resistant treatment to walls and window frame also . Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use myself again. Many thanks team

Vicky from Hello Services came to clean my 2 bed flat and did an utterly amazing job. Cleaned behind things, under things and left everything in place and spotless. She was polite, friendly, fast and efficient. She came with all the cleaning materials which was great. I’m really pleased and impressed with the quality of the clean and the friendliness of Vicky. The team did an amazing clean, leaving our rental flat sparkling and cleaner than when we arrived. It was a very easy process from booking to the clean being taken out. The clean was very thorough and they even got rid of the mold that was being contested with the Landlord. This service has provided us with every chance of a returned deposit. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Hello and the cleaners however there were some small places which were missed that’s why I’m not giving more than 8. Nothing major just a side still dusty, missed door frame. All things I wiped down myself so no need to send anyone back. Also took a blind down and not put up again after the clean

Vicky did an excellent job cleaning the apartment. She arrived at exactly the time scheduled, with all the necessary equipment and worked hard all day to clean to an excellent standard. Excellent service. Booking process was very easy too through the Jobber tool.

Good service with friendly cleaners

The overall service was good but there were a few cobwebs, the kitchen sinks could have been bleached and the bathroom extractor fan was very dirty.

House move under stressful conditions last week.Prompt, focused on getting job done quickly as well cleaning all carpets to a very good standard. Prior to this all communications addressed quickly.

The 2 cleaners were lovely and did a great job

I experienced a couple of issues but these were rectified quickly and efficiently. I was satisfied with the result. The cleaners were polite and non intrusive.

We got an end of tenancy clean. We kept needing to change details and hello services were very easy to contact and discuss each time. Our check out clerk found some omissions in the cleaning but we were only told about this 2 weeks after the clean, however hello services kindly said they would come back even though it was past the 5 days guarantee.

The whole process from start to finish was nice and easy. The clean was excellent, the two ladies, very professional and pleasant.

I requested for end of tenancy professional cleaning and from start to finish received nothing but a professional and friendly service. They responded quickly with a detailed and reasonable quote, answered all sorts of questions before booking. On the day the cleaners showed up early which was great fully equipped to do the job. We returned 3 hours later and completely astonished as to how clean the flat was. It looked brand new. Extremely pleased and very satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely recommend the company to others and would personally use again. Thank you.

I was not informed of dos and fonts so was unsure what I could ask to be done when cleaners came The sofa steam cleaner leaked water all over the sofa and it was not fully cleaned due to water leakage

Friendly staff who carried out a great clean.

There are some pretty bad reviews on this company so I will be simple, straight forward and honest. I paid for an End Of Tenancy Deep Clean for my rental property with Hello Services. Got the appointment agreed and the time, all on-line and all very simple and easy. On the morning of the appointment (11AM) I got a call from a lady to say she was travelling from Leeds (2 hours and 30 minutes away!!) and they would be with me at 1PM. No problem at all, but really, no extra expense discussed due to the travel? This was Leeds to Wales! Vlasta and another lady turned up (didn't get her name as I had other things to be getting on with). To put things short - like other reviews, yes these girls are quick - 3 bed cottage and done in 3 hours, however - read on..... What a super job! every room, every window, every carpet, every surface immaculate. I have no idea how they did what they did in that short time, but believe me, the job they did was amazing. The oven looks brand new! I could not fault anything. Thank you ladies.

Tina and Jeanine did the end of tenancy clean for my parents flat and did a fantastic job, we were very pleased. They were very pleasant and professional and we would happily use them again.

I had Tina and Jannette from JA Cleaning in Coventry and they did a fantastic job. They let me know when the previous appointment was running late and when they'd arrive, their time frame for how long it would take was accurate, they showed me which parts they weren't able to do on account of things like the floor being too old and even did parts I wasn't expecting like the boiler cupboard. They were friendly and professional and the place looks almost completely different, I would definitely recommend them.
