Nicola and team were efficient and did a great job. Oven was in a bad way and when they were done I thought they had bought me a new one it was so clean. Did a decent job with the carpets too. Happily recommend to others.

My house need a good deep clean that I was in no mood to do myself. It was pricey but 100% worth it! My home feels as clean and new as it did when I moved in 4 years ago. I will be using this company again.

The team were absolutely fantastic! Not only were they pretty competitive price wise but they did an amazing job. Nicole, Marius and there team performed an end of tenancy clean for me on a 2 bedroom 3 story house, they were on time, and very polite and friendly, were adhering to social distending rules, and did an exemplary job in 4 hours (exactly what she told me to expect) In particular the job they did on the carpets was extremely impressive, after having a house cat live here for 3 years there were marks and stains on the carpet I did not think could ever be removed and to my surprise and thanks to there very hard work my carpets are SPOTLESS thank you so much to Nicole and her team you have made a stressful part of life just that little bit Easier and I will always be using this company for end of tenancy cleans from now on

Amazing service from these guys. Arrived 15 mins early to start promptly and were done with a 2 bed / 2 bath flat in under 3hrs. Simply amazing. The finished result was out of this world, the kitchen appliances were quite dirty and they were like brand new afterwards including the oven! I cannot recommend these guys enough, outstanding results and the best price out there for the standard of cleaning. I highly recommend using Hello Services and have already recommended them to my previous letting agent.

I was expected better cleaning. Team was three hours delay even though they called and warned about delays. Very nice people but not very attentive to details for cleaning.

Nicole & Marius did a fantastic job for an end of tenancy cleaning in my flat. They were very friendly and accomodating (they waited 20min for the letting agency to open the flat without complaining). I highly recommend them.

Excellent service and very responsive. Contacted them on Tuesday and they came on Wednesday. Fair price for a deep clear and also the carpet. It is a plus that Vlasta and her colleagues are friendly and professional. They are experienced, can tell what happened to certain parts of the house. Highly recommended.

The cleaning was excellent. During the booking they need to clarify the issue of the size of the windows and prices, to avoid surprises in the day of the cleaning. In any case, the place was left spotless.

Vlasta and her colleague did an end of tenancy clean in my Liverpool apartment. Very timely and reliable, and easy to communicate with on the day. Left the place looking great. They also dealt with some trickier cleaning requests with no problem. Would recommend!

The cleaners were punctual, professional and friendly. For a deep clean, I think the corners of the ceilings should be done to get rid of any cobwebs. My husband & I still found cobwebs and dead spiders in corners and in some of the cupboards (it's a new house). In addition, the external porch door frame should be wiped down considering it is glass. Overall the rest of the house was done nicely.

Today I had my End of Tenancy cleaning and it's safe to say I left an absolute hellish apartment for the cleaners. I have a dog that sheds A LOT and had no hoover for the better part of 5 months now, so the carpet was in a horrific state (inbedded hair and an ink stain) Ludvik and his crew came around mid day and within a couple of hours my whole apartment looked brand new again. And as for the carpet, it looked fresh as anything! My apartment was the sort of place cleaners have nightmares about, but these guys were so professional and friendly and made the place new again. I can't recommend Ludvik and his crew enough!

The cleaning was great but not the tech devices . Keep getting invoices to pay for the cleaning which I’ve already paid . The online tech services were slow unhelpful and at times rude .

Quite expensive, however, very flexible. The service provided was very good, although the dishwasher wasn't cleaned properly and i had to remind them to do the windows abd wipe down some surfaces. Overall excellent level of cleaning though and lovely, friendly service. Also, was promised a cleaning certificate i can send to the landlords and have yet to receive this.
