Amazing. I was impressed by the careful cleaning of every detail. For example, I was really surprised that the inside of the shelves and the inside of the microwave were cleaned cleanly. It was a wonderful job and I was really impressed. If I have a chance to use it next time, I definitely want to use it. I'm really thankful to you.

I arranged an end of tenancy clean very last minute this week (called on Saturday to arrange for Monday) and Hello Services were able to accommodate my request easily. The customer service team were great and answered all of my calls and emails very swiftly. The cleaners (Faradium and his colleague) were amazing. Although they arrived slightly later than arranged, they called me in good time to make me aware that they were running late, and still managed to do an excellent job in the allocated time. They listened to all my requests and carried everything out exceptionally. They were also very friendly and respectful of the property. I am very impressed with the service from Hello Services and will definitely be using them again in the future!

End of tenancy clean completed to a high standard. Erika and Juraj cleaned the inside of the property from top to bottom. Each room looked spotless, as well as the carpets. Would 100% use again, thank you.

Nicole and Marius did a great job cleaning our house. They were friendly and very polite, and were happy to work around our schedule whilst we were working from home. They cleaned our house top to bottom, it looks great and we're really happy with the results.

Brilliant. This flat had corners that cannot have been cleaned for nearly forty years. Dust and grim everywhere. What a miracle; Charles and Theodora did even more than was expected and the flat looked wonderful by the time they left. I have never had cleaners before and would recommend them with no hesitation. I was very lucky.

Hi what a fantastic job your cleaner has done turned up very prompt the only snag was I was quoted for all my windows done but turned up with no ladders so just did downstairs I wasn’t bothered cause she knocked £25 pounds off the price once again thank you Vlasta 👍👍👍👍 great job

Cleaners were early and outlined what was going to be done. Confirmed with letting agent that the flat was cleaned to a high standard so will not lose any deposit on the flat due to the flat being left unclean.

Great contact throughout, and the team carrying out the clean did a fantastic job.

I might be mistaken but i believed the fridge and freezer would be cleaned as long as they were emptied and defrosted as per the invoice but when the cleaners came they said we had to pay extra for that so I cleaned them myself before the cleaners started. Would be good to know if that is correct or not

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, they cleaned everything absolutely perfect, even got the labels off the kitchen and wardrobe cabinets, and the stains out of the carpet. We are very pleased with their efforts. Thank you.

The cleaners did a great job! They are arrived on time and were friendly. They gave me a walk around to show what they had done. It is worth noting, however, that this did not happen on another clean we arranged with this company. Also the cleaners would not clean the second oven even though when booking, I was told that the appliances 'package' included everything we needed. I feel it could have been made clearer that we needed to specify a double oven for an end of tenancy clean.

Communication and payment was super easy. Cleaners turned up early and stayed an extra half hour. Cleaners very friendly. The kitchen was spotless - never seen an oven so clean and able to get marks off inside the cupboards. Went into the property next day and had to wipe a few skirting boards and walls around the light switch - but overall very good experience. Would recommend and use again.

The invoice and payment is very straight forward. The list of criteria was very clear. Cleaners came on time and very friendly. Found a few marks which were missed on the cupboard tops and skirting board but overall very happy with the clean. Will recommend and use again. Many thanks

Forgot to clean cobwebs in the upstairs landing

During a stressful house-move, Hello Services cleaners made this part extremely easy with their excellent communication (always emailed me straight back and accommodated my requests) and fantastic cleaning job which left the property sparkling. The cleaners were friendly and professional, sending us photos of the job once they finished, and we trusted them. Would definitely use again and highly recommend, thank you!

Really good service and we are very happy with quality of cleaning - only minor things is that bleach was spilt on our bath and toilet mats which I have had to throw away - not a big problem but maybe a little more care required with bleach! :-)

Friendly staff, great cleaning, competitive rates! My cleaner Ana and her assistant were really friendly, polite and did a fantastic job. I was having to teach online in one room and they were incredibly accommodating and respectful. They were also very aware of social distancing and wore face masks.
