i booked H.S for a full house clean after i had my kitchen remodelled (this included a wall removal so the dust got EVERYWHERE). The dust affected the kitchen and lounge downstairs, but i added the 3 bedrooms and bathroom on as well as it had been a significant period of time since they had been deep cleaned. There were 3 that turned up at 9am on time and they were solid workers. the clean took just over 4 hours and the house was so much nicer afterwards (the dust had been there for a couple of weeks). They were all friendly and approachable. Would recommend for anyone looking for a house clean.

They were quick, efficient and polite! And the place was sparkling clean at the end.

I was very pleased with the deep clean of my kitchen. The ladies and gentleman were very polite, and worked very hard. They rang to say they were running a little latter than schedule and told me what time they would arrive. Which was appreciated. I definitely would use the service again. 9 scored only because I had booked for 9am. But the lady rang the night before to say they were double booked and would be there at 1pm and luckily it was ok as there was someone around all day.

Needed our new 2 bed house to be cleaned after we moved in. It only took a few hours and was sparkling clean when I came back. It was cleaned so nicely and both Anna and another lady where great! Very accommodating and helpful and the place was shiny and felt brand new!

Excellent service was exceptional. They arrive promptly on time were auger efficient and left the house gleaming. The windows were so clean mr son thought there was a pane out of the glass. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We had arranged for a deep clean of our new property, carpets and sofas following a house move. Following a complicated completion date, we had to rearrange our service for the next day. Despite this, Ioana and her team were very kind and understanding, and helped me to rearrange the deep clean for the next day without fuss. Ioana and her team arrived promptly. Ioana and I had a chat upon her arrival where she asked if I had any particular areas in the property which I felt needed extra attention. She explained what will be happening and gave aftercare instructions for the carpet following it’s shampoo. The team were professional, friendly and worked incredibly hard to make our new house a home. The property, carpets and sofas were spotless and the house smelt so fresh. Following the deep clean I was invited to inspect the property to ensure I was satisfied before the team left. My sincere thanks to Ioana and her team for such excellent service - I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The team were excellent. My point of contact was Ioana. She was very understanding when I had a delay in getting the keys to my new property on completion day and kindly rearranged for the next day. She and her team arrived promptly and they cleaned my new home, carpets and sofas to a very high standard. They were all professional, hard-working and friendly. Great deep clean of our flat before we moved out - would fully recommend.

Overall service was good. Very friendly cleaners and listens to your needs. Missed few areas here and there but as the other areas were spotless I dint bother much. Highly recommend.

The cleaning team led by Anna did a great job in a short timespan. There were a few cobwebs we found about as we came back in to repaint some areas and some areas of wall in the kitchen left unclean which was honestly the fault of poor paintjob and not the cleaners, but fairly happy with the chances of getting our deposit back. We're in contact with the agency so we can organise a reclean if they need it, but fairly certain Anna did a great job!

Anna and her colleague did a brilliant job on our flat in Nottingham Centre. The carpets in particular look great after the work they put in. We also appreciated small touches like her ringing us to let us know they were almost finished (as we had left the flat during the cleaning). Would recommend.

I had to get them to re do the wood floors and they did not come with the proper equipment to clean the windows They were helpful and worked hard They scratched my newly stained wood floor moving a fridge

Thorough clean and friendly team

Overall the cleaning service was done to a professional standard throughout. We have some minor issues told by the agency: - kitchen - some burnt on grease around the far right hand side ring; - bathroom (with the bathtub) - several cobwebs around the edges of the ceiling. For these issues, maybe a second visit is required. We'll let you know. Thank you.

Simple to book and easy to use. the online service made it very easy to book, then arranging the actual deep clean was simple. I booked a deep clean, the team arrived on time as scheduled. The service was great, you could feel that there was a deep clean, I was happy with the outcome and would use them again.

Vlasta was great. Arrived on time, transparent and easy to speak to. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept in contact with me throughout. The clean was good too, considering how much dust there was! Be careful what you book for with the company though. For example, don’t select exterior windows as the cleaners aren’t able to bring/use ladders due to risk assessment so it is a waste of money.
