Great cleaners, fast and efficient 10/10

4 wonderful cleaners rocked up and got to work straight away! They were efficient, quick and did an amazing job! I’m extremely impressed with the clean which was very thorough despite the fact the apartment is quite a strange layout and would recommend them to all! Thanks so much for the clean our new place looks as good as new :)

JK and his assistant on time spent 4 hours cleaning the one bedroom flat excellent job the bathroom sparkled and the well used oven in the kitchen was gleaming like new. The wooden floor was left shining and the overall standard of the cleaning excellent. All very welcome at an otherwise stressful time. Many thanks.

Anna and Zuzanna arrived promptly and worked their socks off for a little over 6 hours on a deep clean of my 4 bed, 3 bath, 3 reception house. This included a deep clean of my oven (which was a full day's job in itself in my opinion!), hob extractor, microwave and dishwasher as well as all the interior windows. Tiled floors and walls in the conservatory, kitchen, utility and bathrooms were all steamed within an inch of their lives and are now gleaming. They were both friendly and courteous, asking me to check their work as they went along, even pointing out potential issues along the way, and rectified one minor oversight immediately and without question. The clean was brilliant and I would definitely book these two again! Many thanks x

Adam and Jean were brilliant! Great communication with me and left my rental property in excellent condition ready for tenants. They specialise in Essex so anyone looking for a cleaner in that area, you won’t be disappointed!

The actual cleaning service itself was excellent. Only issue - the use of automated emails that did not always accurately reflect what had been agreed. Not a major problem and was sorted with a phone call, but a bit of an annoyance.

Excellent service, prompt and efficient. Really happy with the gleaming results and took so much stress off my shoulders for an end of tenancy.

Fantastic service! Communication was great, received an email reminder a day before and a call on the day. Loredana and her colleague were very friendly and worked really hard despite the heat today and went above and beyond to make the flat spotless. Safe to say the flat was even in a better state than when we moved in - fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, cooker hood, bath and sinks were deep cleaned and look like brand new! Very impressed with the service received, thank you! Would definitely recommend Hello Services!

Very easy to book an end of tenancy cleaning online. Nicole and Marius did a very good job of cleaning and also the deep cleaning of the carpets. Very good services. Would recommend.

Arrived on time and did a brilliant and thorough job! End of tenancy clean on a three floor house was done in 3 hours and done fantastically! Very happy!

Very good service. Only drawbacks and why not getting 10 stars is that cleaners were 30 mins late (but informed me beforehand), and I was told to book parking which was not used, so ending up paying extra.

Great move-out house cleaners We hired Hello Services to provide a deep clean following our moving out of a rental house. They were responsive, cheap, and did an amazing job. We're thrilled with how well they cleaned.

Thank you to Marius and Nicole for an excellent job! This was a moving out clean and was very thorough. We have experienced a lot of cleaners in the past but this was easily the most professional and of the highest standard. Would definitely recommend!

From Start to Finish, everything was great - easy booking, great price, turned up promptly, quick and thorough clean. Our house was immaculate.

Cleaners were polite, worked hard but the office gave them the wrong time. They were on site at 8am when my booking was for 12noon, when I rang the office he also said it was 8am I was angry at him as it said 12 in my confirmation email, then he threatened he would cancel my booking, at that short notice I had no other option but to use them, not happy at all with the way the office dealt with me.

Nicole and Marius from hello services are great! Did a end of tenancy cleaning for a 1 bedroom flat. Managed to get some pretty limescale encrusted sinks & bath looking brand new. Did an amazing job on the kitchen, oven and extractor too. They are friendly and professional - Highly recommended!

A good competitive price. Very easy to arrange the cleaning, nice and helpful staff. My only issue was that after agreeing to meet at 8.00am, the cleaners tried to arrange for it to be later. They were told no, and arrived at the correct time. More than happy, and would use it again.

You stepped in during a difficult time and at short notice did a fab deep clean to a very challenging property. Very happy with the work you've done . So why 9 and not 20? Little pricey but you have offered a discount on another domestic clean, which is great. Thanks for helping at such short notice

We recently moved out of our rented apartment and got Hello Cleaners for our End of Tenancy Cleaning Services. We are very happy with their service. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned.
