They got double booked unfortunately but the guy went out of his way to accommodate me, picked up my keys and did a fab job cleaning my old flat

I had spent a few weeks searching online for a reliable end-of-tenancy cleaning team, having had some bad experiences in the past. I was very happy to find and choose Hello Services! A team of three cleaners were able to accommodate all services I was looking for (including deep cleaning of carpet and cleaning of the balcony) and were quick to answer any questions I had. The cleaning quality was of a very high standard and when my landlord requested additional touch ups the team was very helpful in resolving them under their 3-day guarantee. Overall Hello Services did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results – thank you! ❤️

Got really upset when you cancelled my move on a really short notice and I ended up paying more than my quote for a 1 day delay, which wasn't my fault. I'm glad that my landlord accept this and I had a place to stay. However the driver was absolutely amazing, really nice and polite. And the agent was also really helpfull trying to arrange another driver.

They arrived early full of enthusiasm and wanting to know our needs. Our house has never been cleaner. The windows are shining and the oven is pristine. I can’t thank them enough it and will def organise a clean again

It was a good experience all around. Good email communication following the quote. Good assessment of what had to be done while at the apartment as well as a good check out after the work was done. Solid cleaning, we were really happy with the work that Nicole, Marius and their assistants did!

I was really amazed by the quality of the clean. The property was not cleaned for years by the previous tenants, I hired hello services in a very short notice to do our clean and they managed to book me in. Cleaners arrived fully equipped, they were very friendly , polite and professional. They call me half an hour before finishing the clean so I could go back and inspect the clean. When I arrived at the property it looked exactly brand new and I was really impressed by their level of professionalism. Thank you hello services team.

Nicole and Marius were amazing! Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning everything top to bottom they were also super knowledgable and took the time to help me figure out the logistics of everything, as a girl moving by herself into a new home. They are lovely people and true professionals, couldn’t recommend them more!

Excellent service by Nicole and Marius for an end of tenancy cleaning! They are both very nice and provided professional cleaning for a three bedrooms house. My friends and I are satisfied with the cleaning! Thanks for them both for cleaning the house!

Good service, and thorough job. Both staff worked very hard, however the carpets were wet for the whole day although we were told they would dry in a few hours, the fridge/freezer was not cleaned. They did however clean additional parts and done a great job,

Best servicer ever! These guys know what they are doing, well experienced in this field. My deposit was at stake but with the great service performed I got all my deposit back!!! I will fully recommend them to anyone seeking a great service for a professional deep clean. Not only do they clean but the cleaners also advise on how to treat mould from resurfacing as well as take you through the clean to ensure you are happy with everything. Will use again.

Lovely team came to clean my home of 40 years who were amazing. A thorough clean was carried out with 3 lovely members fully equipped that I did not need to provide anything. This is my fifth time using their services for a one off deep clean, I have not been let down even when they had to provide a free re-clean at one of the visits. They are extremely friendly with easy approach. It is like I return to a brand new home each time when they attend even though I have had different teams sent sometimes surprisingly all have been very pleasant experiences for me and my husband. I have used other companies in the past but never close to how good this company really is. They are very wanting to please everybody and meet their requirements. I am very happy and will be returning very soon.

The cleaners were very good and helpful but the admin for the company was poor. They quoted us the wrong amount and then we’re not flexible at all when our plans had to change slightly.

Nicole and Marius did an amazing job cleaning our flat at the end of our tenancy. Stains that I never thought could come out of the carpet and the oven was sparkling clean, like it was new. Highly recommend and will use again! Thanks for a superb job!

The service was great. My flat is clean and it makes moving back in easy. The people were nice and dealt with my Partner working from Home and my Cat too. We know the service is normally for vacant properties but they managed great. Only comment is it was A little expensive for a 1 bed apartment though.

I hired Hello Services to conduct an end of tenancy clean before I moved into my new home. Throughout the quote and finalising of services, the customer services team were extremely helpful even when I needed to move the cleaning twice. The cleaning team (Nicole and Marius) were just as phenomenal. When walking through the house they noticed some areas weren’t on the list to clean but were willing to add it to the list. The house was spotless when they were done - all dust removed, carpets deep cleaned, spiders and spiderwebs gone, and all appliances thoroughly cleaned. They made sure everything was clean, including under beds and sofas, and that we were happy with the clean before they left. I was very happy!

Our landlord was really happy with the job and the staff that did the job were really friendly and professional. They kept us updated and stayed with us whilst we had a look to make sure we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

All parts of the process were really efficient; from the communication in booking abs getting the quote, to the clean itself. We had 3 cleaners come in; they were quick, friendly, asked lots of questions to make sure I was happy and nothing was too difficult, e.g: : when I asked them to re hoover under the bed in the master bedroom. Thank e booked them because we wanted the carpets cleaned before our baby is born and were really pleased with the results. I would book them again and recommend them.

2 men turned up at the house who didn't look particularly clean and smart which I think doesn't reflect well on your company. Some kind of uniform would have been a better look. They cleaned the house to an acceptable standard although not sure I would call it a 'deep clean'. The one who appeared to be in charge was quite polite though and did let me know beforehand that they would be later than arranged due to traffic.

Excellent booking service and cleaning service but even though it was good, it was still priced very high.

Very pleased with the work done by the two men that came (sorry I didn’t get their names). When they were running late due to bad traffic in the M25 they called to advise me. Once they arrived they started work immediately on an end of tenancy clean of my 2 bed flat. I didn’t stay and they left the keys as agreed after they had finished, and called me to say they’d finished. When I visited a few days later, I was very pleased with the standard of work and the cleanliness of the flat. The oven was spotless too. The kitchen and bathrooms were in need of the most work but they now look ready enough for me to rent the flat out to new tenants. A great result - many thanks guys.

Both the booking and cleaning service were excellent. Even considering this, it is still pricey

value for money . but needs some improvement in service and cleaning aspects.

They did a great job providing an end of tenancy clean. The flat looks amazing. They worked really hard to do exactly as expected and I would highly recommend them. When there was bad traffic meaning they would be a little late arriving, they rang to let me know. Great job guys!

Great clean, very friendly staff

I was very happy with the efficient, professional service I received. The cleaners really listened to everything I needed done and delivered. They did a fantastic job! My home was sparkling clean after the two cleaners taking so much time to get everything done. Tina was so friendly and lovely. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family and be using again for myself.

I was very happy, only windows could be done better as they were still dirty (some of them) and some were not polished but overall I was happy matrace cleaning - I was very happy
