Our cleaning went great. Good result and value for money

I booked a one-off intensive clean of my house. I found everyone I dealt with throughout - both the office and cleaners - to be friendly and professional. The cleaners arrived promptly and immediately got to work. I needed to be elsewhere for much of the time but as promised I was kept informed of progress so that I could get back in time. What I found was a much refreshed house! I was shown round all areas and everything was sparkling,shiny and spotless. The cleaners also alerted me to a problem they had noticed with an external overflow pipe which had been gushing cascades of water for a spell. Fortunately this was a one off related to some just completed plumbing work. But I was very grateful to have been told about it. I was really impressed with the overall service I received and would be happy to use this company again.

I have booked a deep clean to my apartment as a good summer clean. Hello Services were very quick in providing me available dates and details about the service. The team was very professional and the apartment was sparkling after the cleaning. Amy and the team members were very polite and respectful of the property. All areas of the apartment were really well cleaned and I am very happy with the service provided.

The carpet clean was on time and he was very thorough the carpets look brand new Highly recommended

This was a one - off intensive clean and I was really impressed by all aspects of this service. I found the company both friendly and professional to deal with and the four cleaners who arrived promptly -immediately getting down to work- did an excellent job. As promised they phoned me when near to finishing and I arrived back to find a house refreshed - shiny sparkling and spotless! I would be very happy to use you again.

Pretty good cleaners. They were running behind when it came to arriving, but I have no complaints for their work.

Cleaning was very good but the time was postponed twice

Nicole & Marius were brilliant! They arrived in a timely manner and promptly got to work. They checked in with me on things they were worried wouldn’t come clean (stains that had been there since before move in, so I wasn’t worried). They also were very good when we had a hiccup with the landlord sending builders over during the clean. They were in communication at all times, and sent photographs following the clean, knowing the builders would be back after they finished. All in all, I have only good things to say about them.

We have used Hello Cleaning a number of times now and have been extremely happy with the service we've received each time. Both the quality of the work and the customer service has been excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hello Cleaning to our friends and colleagues.

I had Nicole and Marius do an end of tenancy clean and the service was fantastic, the flat was sparkling clean and they were friendly and polite.

In terms of cleaning the flat, the cleaners did an amazing job. My flat was completely spotless after the clean (and quite dirty before they cleaned it). However, I'm giving 8/10 instead of 10/10 because they refused to wear masks, even when I was around and they weren't actually in the process of cleaning (I tried to get out of the flat as quickly as possible for that reason).

The cleaning crew we had took the state the house had been left in by our sellers in their stride. We're really professional, friendly and competent. The amount they achieved was phenomenonal.

Had a deep clean done & the service today from Ioana and her crew were friendly, professional and honest about what they could and couldn't do. Would definitely recommend her specifically x

Adam came and helped with furniture assembly (1.2m desk), which came in a crate. Really helpful and fast assembly, reasonable prices, would look for them again if I order a large sofa.

I had the wonderful Nicole and Marius who did a deep clean of my new home. They were absolutely fantastic and went over and above; every nook and cranny, secondary glazing that was filthy and they even cleared out the spiders from the porch for me! I will be using them again and can say in total confidence that they will leave your home sparkling - as well as being incredibly lovely people. Recommended.

Arrived on time and cleaned my house as promised.

Cleaning was very good. Especially for the price they have. All others I've checked are much higher. The only confusion is that it was stated in the invoice they do exterior window cleaning, but in fact they do not unless you are on the ground floor. so better check beforehand.

After hiring hello services for our pre move in cleaning. I was really impressed seeing the house looking incredibly clean. Adam and his colleagues were supper professional and fully equipped. Highly recommended.

Extremely positive experience. Clear quote - and they delivered as required. No problems with payment. Clean completed in Newcastle - would recommend and use again. Lucky landlords got the flat back in a much better state than we received it.

Nice job. We don't live near the house we wanted cleaning, so have only seen pictures but it looks like the team we hired from Hello Services have done a good job. Very accommodating and helpful outfit, especially Adam Some problems with communication, which were frustrating for a while, but the company sorted things out reasonably promptly. Good price.

Overall the cleaning was very good. However units on the front of my breakfast bar area were not cleaned as they still had marks on them and the inside contained crumbs and sawdust. I was unsure if the sofas had been cleaned as they didn't smell of upholstery that had been washed and there were a few grim marks on the arms of the sofas. The kitchen cupboard doors felt sticky which was perhaps from the products used. Other than that we had no other issues.

I am very very very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning Nicole and Marius have carried out. They covered all the areas of the detailed End Of Tenancy Cleaning Checklist and went far and beyond by diminishing all the dirt and grime in all areas of all rooms making sure that all the surfaces were dusted, wiped and polished down. I was also very pleased with the cleaning of the bathroom which they scrubbed and sanitised throughout. The carpets, doors, frames, skirting boards, windows and sills were also cleaned to a very good standard including the kitchen. The kitchen cupboards and drawers that had a lot of stickiness were deep cleaned inside and out, also to an excellent standard leaving no stickiness, whilst all the kitchen appliances were deep cleaned covering the fridge, washing machine, cooker, oven and the extractor over the cooker. They also pulled out the oven and cleaned down the sides of the cupboards surrounding the oven and cleaned the ovens outer sides giving it a sparkling facelift. I have used other end of tenancy cleaning companies previously before, but "hand on heart” these are the most honest, reliable and professional cleaners I have ever come across including reasonably priced. A couple of things weren't completely clean but overall did a good job.

Very easy to get a quote and add on services as needed. We booked for a tenancy end clean and the team were on time and did a very good job

The Incoming inventory was professionally carried out a couple of hours after the clean. The person undertaking it said that the clean was not perfect, mentioning specifically hairs under the plugs and some small pockets of dust. My son who inspected after the clean said he thought it looked OK but he will not have the beady eye of the professional. it may help if i quote verbatim from the inventory report:- "Professionally cleaned however some areas not fully such as some residual dust, hob in Kitchen, plugs in Bathroom and Shower Room" On the Admin side you score 10/10, so thank you -and the price is not unreasonable . I would recommend you to others, but you may wish to mention the Inventory report to your cleaners.
