Very friendly team (Salar's team), worked non-stop since they arrived and left things such as the oven and fridge spotless.

I recently booked an end of tenancy clean for a one bed flat with Hello Services and only have positive things to say! By inputting a few details on their website you’re promptly emailed a quote and can then go ahead and book a date/time that suits - all very simple and stress-free. The cleaners that arrived on the day were kind and clearly hard workers - the flat looked absolutely immaculate when they were done. And to top it all off, the landlord refunded the deposit in full! No doubt this is largely to do with the efforts of Hello Services.

I came across Hello Services whilst looking for someone to clean my house and wash the carpets. After answering various questions on the website, I received a quote the next day. I decided to go ahead and booked the job for Saturday. On Saturday afternoon, a young lady called Tina arrived an hour early after ringing me to check if this was ok. Her team consisted of family members, all of whom were very nice, polite and respectful. They were quick, efficient and did a fantastic job. I will not hesitate to use Hello Services again, and when I do I will request that they send Tina and her team.

I had to get the end of tenancy cleaning done for a 2 bed flat that was left in a really horrbile state by the outgoing tenants. I am so thanksful to Salar and his team who not only did a fantastic job (actually, better han even my own expectation) but also they were extremely polite. THANK YOU! Pranav

Tina and her team came in for an end of tenancy cleaning, which was rescheduled from Thursday to Friday; didn't know what to expect, but wow I was amazed with the results. Her team was so polite and courteous, made the whole experience stress free and easy. Thank you Tina and Team, shame there isn't 6 stars. What a Service.

I booked a deep cleaning service and at the end the cleaner did a good job! I think a lot of the stress and back and forth could have been avoided if the cleaner got the correct job description for the first time, this is something the company could improve on, but I appreciate the effort of sending him back 3 times and finishing the service promised.

We had a team of 3 cleaners to clean our house before we moved ready for the next buyers. Their work was fantastic! It really was spotless and they were so fast. Thank you to Adriana and her team. There was an issue with the booking/quote-nothing to do with the cleaners themselves. I asked for 2 lounges and was given a price. When the quote came they just had one lounge. When I called to query it, the company wanted me to pay another £15, even though the error was theirs. I decided to clean that room myself as I thought that was a bit of a cheek.

Good communication, and did a great job with the end of tenancy cleaning. Managed to remove some really nasty stains in the carpet. Would recommend.

Cleaned the whole house really well. Mum and Dad had lived in it for 35 years but the Hello team made the carpets look virtually new and the ovens and fridge/freezer are now sparkling. I have no reservations about handing over the property to its new owners now.

I contact to this company today to book a crib installer who fortunately gave me time for the afternoon . Which was the biggest advantage of the company and a person (Adam) who installed a very professional and clean crib to do this and I am completely satisfied with him.

Ridiculous situation where cleaners came from Southampton to Devon to clean bungalow. Apparently this situation arose as our local cleaners were unable to come but had supported the folk from Southampton in the past. Thank goodness for loyalty! After a 3.5 hour journey to get to me they did not stop for drinks or food a carried out a good clean in a friendly manner before the long drive home again. I take my hat off to these two cleaners who were determined not to let me down I’ve read other customer reports from people who were not happy with the service but personally my experience was good and I would recommend the company based on that experience. I received prompt compensation for cleaners coming a day late.

Booked online. Easy to arrange and turned up when they said they would. The house had a young man and two dogs living in it for the last 9 months and no cleaning had been done. I expected them to turn up and run away when they saw how bad it was but they didn’t. This house has been transformed and is spotless top to bottom. Well worth the money paid and would highly recommend.

we moved from our house and when our tenancy was ended. the cleaning was upto the standard of the agency and, also i used moving services was excellent they work so hard and friendly.

Iasmina did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment. I just purchased it and the vendors had left it in a terrible state. In two hours iasmina deep cleaned the bathroom kitchen bedroom and living room. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering using her service.

Booked online and I didn’t know what to expect, but Alex and Zelia and another person turned up on time. They made the place super clean, fresh and with an amazing scent. Great stuff, great job!

5 cleaners turned up on time on a horrible rainy morning and cracked on with no fuss, leaving the house clean and fresh. We had horrific amounts of dog hair and thick dust as my brother suffers from mental health issues. They did a fantastic and sympathetic job making the home habitable again. V grateful.

The cleaning team were amazing. Quick and like ninjas making the place very clean. Two niggles - one was that they were late, and the other was that they bagged up literally everything that was left in the flat. It would have been good to have a brief chat before they did that as I have lost some important papers and things

Cleaners were on time, friendly and thorough! They did a fantastic job, and allowed me to check rooms as they were done to ensure there was nothing else that needed done. Great value for money would recommend.

A few things were left uncleaned like the light fittings which I forgot to check when doing inspection. The one in the kitchen was very dirty and I had to clean it myself after they left. other than that was good service.

I discovered Hello services on line as hey provided deep cleaning services. The job was on behalf of my my brother who has limited mental capacity. Anna was assigned to the job. Although the flat was in a terrible state Anna did a marvellous job, not just transforming the place but also taking the time to build a relationship with my brother. I would totally recommend her. It wasn't just a job for her but she cares about individuals too.

Easy to book this service and lovely chaps who turned up. A few bits missed behind the bath and in the cupboards but nothing to complain about. Lovely job in the main areas e.g. oven, carpets, windows. Would use again at the next end of tenancy. This was a two bedroom house in Aldershot.
