I found the service easy to book. I received confirmation about my booking and was given options for payment. The cleaning service that was delivered was excellent. A very professional service overall.

The actual cleaning job was good, so thank you for that. There was an alteration to the time of arrival. I had booked 9.00 but was informed the day before that you were coming at 3.00, and then there was an additional alteration on the day itself. So my score reflects this element, I think that is reasonable.

Really easy communication, easy to book. Ali and Ismael did a wonderful job with the end of tennancy clean, on time, professional and thorough.

The team that came to do the end of tenancy clean my flat was punctual, friendly, and did a great job resetting my flat to move in condition after 3 years of living there! Had absolutely no issues and they even managed to clean out my oven and make it sparkling again which I’d tried on my own multiple times to no avail. Great service!

Punctual, friendly, hard-working, thorough cleaning - house looks amazing

It was OK they did what they could - just did not empty the drain in the sink with all the metal scrub fibre still stuck in it but that's really it. Otherwise really clean job.

The 2 cleaners we had were amazing, they were friendly, professional and polite. Once we are settled in our new house I will be in touch to set up regular cleaning appointment. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone.

One of the wardrobes was not clean as it was supposed to but otherwise the job was well done and for the nice price too

Arrived early which was great Bathroom left lovely and clean apart from a few minor bits Only complaint is dirty water got slashed onto my newly painted wall which has now marked it Overall a positive experience with just a few little things that could be improved

Responded quickly, and arrived on time! Did a really good job on our end of tenancy cleaning.

The guys made a very good job of my oven etc, tidied up when they were finished and were very mannerly. Very happy with the result.

It is good. Only thing is that they did clean the lighting lamp cover in the kitchen area. We had asked them to make sure it is cleaned, and the grease is removed. But the grease is still there.

We had Justina and Derek to do a one-off clean of our home (3 bed semi on 3 floors). They did an amazing job and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend them / Hello Services Ltd to anyone needing a reliable, thorough, extremely hard working couple to clean a home (we are moving and so it has been rather neglected these last few weeks!). Very good cleaners

This is the second time i have used the end of tenancy cleaning..during both occasions I had a wonderful experience. The team is very skilled and they do a fantatstic job. This time it was Neesh who did the cleaning. And I must admit Neesh and his partner did a superb job. I am very pleased with the outcome. Definitely recommend their services. Also, I must point out that Hello Services are very flexible. They are quick to respond and are willing to make any amendments in the tasks, dates and any queries you might have. Superb team and wish you all the best.

Good personable service. Quick to respond to emails. On the day I had a call 15 mins before arrival. Cleaning excellent and ensuring that everything was well done before departure.

Very impressed at how easy it was to make a booking. We had a lot of plastering done which left the rooms covered in dust and gritty bits. Cleaning service was provided in less than 24hrs of the plastering being completed. The two cleaners who came were very pleasant and polite and they did a fantastic and thorough job. Very happy with the whole service.

Hello services did an amazing job on my mother's house 5 stars she's elderly and had been poorly so had let the cleaning slide, hello services did an amazing deep clean which was so thorough the carpets that were steam cleaned looked branded new afterwards. we cannot praise this company highly enough and shall definitely recommended to people in the future and 100% shall hire for different services in the future .. Helen and Ayo worked very hard yesterday on house carpets that appeared to be beyond repair. After their fantastic work though I was amazed and delighted to see the carpets restored to fully fluffed up pile depth and as-new freshness. Brilliant work thanks!!
