Cyuven was amazing and so was his colleague. They did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. They moved all the furniture to make sure they got every corner and they didn’t allow me to help, even though I offered 😂 Really nice guys, professional and overall an excellent service!

Moving home was definitely a stressful experience, I’m so glad I had decided to hire a professional cleaner to get me going. I booked the cleaner for the day after my move in to new home. Team Nihad, a man and a lady, worked hard for nearly 3 hours (they were even fasting at that time) with no wasting time. I was able to get on my online accounts sorted for banks, suppliers, etc., then when the team has gone, I was able to unpack things straight into the cupboard, etc. It was the best ever money I spent on my moving home event (apart from my house of course 😊).

The task and end of tenancy deep clean: to bring a three bedroomed older property back from a terrible state. Elderly parents had got overwhelmed with years of accumulated clutter to the point where we didn’t know where to start. We wanted to hand the property over to the new owners in a decent state and knew it needed professionals. We found Hello services competitively priced so went with them. However, the real value came in their ability to estimate the time frame needed for the work and then methodically worked their way through the considerable task. They were very professional and I would happily use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I asked Hello Services for a deep clean of the carpets of a house in London we were moving into. Loqman and his colleague arrived on time and were incredibly fast in firstly hoovering all to be worked on and then deep cleaning a total of seven sets of carpets across our first and second floors including carpeted stairs. After this, they hoovered under the cupboards and behind the washing machine, tumble dryer and areas of the kitchen that even the previous owners, then following tenants had never cleaned! They spent a good 45 minutes on this alone and charged nothing additionally, but worked diligently throughout and left a great impression on our new home. Must use Loqman and his team and I have already begun recommending them and Hello Services.

Good quality thorough cleaning

Cleaners arrived promptly, gave an estimate of the time it would take and got straight to work. The clean was extremely thorough and put the flat in perfect condition before the end-of-tenancy inspection

Hannah and Charlotte were amazing! They gave my elderly mum’s house a deep clean. Polite and very pleasant, they both worked so hard for 4 hours, would not stop for a drink or chat and left the house so very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Where I was apologising for the state of this and that, they said that I wasn’t to worry and that they would deal with it. And they did! I am so glad that I engaged Hello Services and that I got these two girls allocated to clean for me. I used Hello Services in Kent for an After Builders Clean. The two people who came to clean were prompt, even in heavy snow, they communicated well, took in everything I asked them to do, gave me a clear time estimate and kept to it, and did a really thorough, impressive, detailed job. Called in to do a clean after the new tenants advised the outgoing tenants had not cleaned before vacating. They were very accommodating with dates and delayed to allow new tenants unpack. The new tenants are very pleased and confirmed that they did an excellent job. Will use again

Excellent clean throughout my large, modern house by Iasmina and her partner. Professional approach, attention to detail and taking pride in their work made this a rewarding experience. They were very prompt, turned up on time and were lovely people who did a fine job.

Deep cleaning service from Jon with Hello Services was excellent. I had filled in the form slightly optimistically and he took it in his stride and brought up the damaged carpets so well that I might not need to replace them. A different cleaning company had quoted £130 more than Hello Services and weren't even going to bother deep cleaning the carpets because they were 'too far gone'. Friendly, helpful and fast.

Loqman and his team came to my property to conduct an end of tenancy cleaning. Most of the work cleaning had to be in the kitchen especially the oven and I must admit Loqman and his team did a great job. My oven look close to new.

Quote online for a deep clean was very speedy & competitive, it very clearly stated what was included in the price. To arrange a date was very easy as a result of their follow up phone call. On the appointment day Gyuven arrived on time & his clean of the property was phenomenal. We have never seen the bathroom so sparkling clean. I called them as my brother's flat needed a good clean, I have used other cleaning services in the past and they have all been average, nothing special. However these people are so far above everyone else it is hard to begin to say how good they are. The job they did was faultless, they certainly had their work cut out for them but the flat now looks almost brand new. I am so grateful for them to do such a good job and make my brother happy with his flat. If you need something cleaned then you MUST call them - DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE as nobody will come close to how good this company is. If only I could give them 10 stars..
