The people who arrived were lovely & my house is so clean BUT they were 1 hour 15 mins late for a clean that took over 4 hours, the gentleman said they should have been a morning booking, & because they cleaned our sofa & mattress we then couldn’t sit on it when they did leave or sleep comfortably in our bed. Apart from that aspect I’m very pleased

I did not get to meet the Hello Team yesterday as something came up that I had to attend to … the barn was such a transformation .. no gritty cement and dust , windows gleaming too .. thank you so much … you have saved me a huge job that I just could not manage to do … Top Job would highly recommended !!!

Oven as good as new

The two ladies who came to perform an end of tenancy clean were professional, friendly and worked extremely hard. They did an amazing job and left the house beautifully clean and smelling delightfully! Thank you very much

Really impressed with the quality of the cleaning. I requested a few extra cleaning items and they were more than happy to do so. Cleaned very quickly with excellent results.

On time, cleaners were courteous and respectful of my property. They cleaned my very dirty oven to a high standard and dis a good job on my extractor fan too

Cleaning was thorough, both attendees were professional and friendly and the house is considerably cleaner across the entire house including dusting skirting boards and inside all cupboards. The only reason I can't give 10 is due to a couple of ceiling cobwebs being missed but it is a very small picky thing so won't stop my hiring Hello Servies again.

Today, three pleasant guys turned up and did a thorough cleaning job on our ex rental property. Everything was done to a high standard - nothing was missed. I will definitely use them again if I need a cleaning job doing.

The whole process of getting a quote and booking was easy and Anoushka was very helpful, patiently answering all my questions. Hannah and Charlotte did an amazing cleaning job on the day! They were friendly and efficient.

Good cleaning and good price but cleaners were really late arriving. They messaged and called but I have twin newborns and it is tricky to manage times around feeding.

Flawless perfect cleaning.

An excellent service. There was clear correspondence before the quote was given , always with a quick response. The team worked incredibly hard and we were astonished at the results achieved in one day. They communicated clearly, checked the plan at the start and kept us informed. They divided the work effectively and we did not see them stop until the work was finished, with no complaint. The more experienced person supported the others and took on the oven and bathroom himself and he was knowledgeable about cleaning products and processes for different areas and surfaces, including some challenging carpet cleaning. He asked us to check each area before moving on. The whole team were very sensitive to the family's needs and protected spaces for my elderly mother to rest. The house was left sparkling clean with bright, springy carpets, everything washed and dusted and all limescale removed. We were delighted with the work, it is very good value and compares favourably with another company we used previously.

We got sent the best crew we could get! Dara and his team were really professional, very thorough and they didn’t stop until the job was done to perfection! That oven that our evicted tenant left… I thought I had to buy a new one. The sofa smells like flowers now… too many things to share but they are all positive. The guys worked hard and our house now looks and feels much cleaner.

Lovely ladies who came to clean and worked hard all morning with good results. One criticism - carpets and curtains were left very wet and were still not dry 24 hours later despite heating turned right up. On the whole, would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

The team arrived an hour later than expected, they missed one downstairs window and the top of one cabinet but overall the standard of work was good and they were polite and professional at all times.

Very good service and friendly cleaner. I felt he didn't do anything with the main matress as the bed covers were left in place as they were before but overall very good everywhere else.

All I can say is that this company goes the extra mile for its clients. Hello Services did an end of tenancy clean for me and left the annexe spotlessly clean. They provided a written report attesting to the cleanliness and perfect condition of the premises. This came in good use when disputing a damage claim. Sometimes it is best to pay a little extra for extra special service. Thank you to Waqas and Simon and the cleaning team.
