3 cleaners turned up and took just over 4 hours to clean a 5 year end of tenancy 3 bed property with carpets and oven done. They did a good job and I was very satisfied with the results. Only criticism is that the oven hob pan support stands were still quite greasy/dirty, otherwise I would have given 10/10.

Nasreldin did a amazing job on my carpets and mattress went above and beyond had moved house and carpets very dirty my house was shining he hoovered shampooed and was polite professional thank you I have ashma so slept well after my new home was brought back too life.

We have not seen the final outcome of the service as we relocated abroad but we assume it must have been really good as our landlady decided to give us back full deposit;) thank you very much for your professional service.

I had such a great experience with mustapha agha he cleaned my flat so amazingly and he was very detailed left my kitchen, bathroom, fridge freezer, living space absolutely clean! Would most definitely recommend them to anyone.

Cleaners (Smile & Ali) were friendly and helpful. Communication was good. Cleaning could have been more thorough as a few bits were missed eg. tops of picture frames, heated towel rail in bathroom dusty, splatters on walls not cleaned off & carpet under bed not vacuumed - but they willingly corrected these when they were pointed out.

I would certainly recommend your service to a friend if asked - I waa very satisfied with my own clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen which were perfect. My only minor problem was that things were not put back in their places, but that was nothing to do with the actual clean. All in all it was a good experience and I would certainly use again if I needed to.

1. Well designed website with clear comprehensive description of services provided + easy to confirm geographical coverage + plenty of info [Trustpilot, head office address, contact details] to check everything bona fide. 2. Phone call to book answered quickly [on 4th ring] by very helpful, positive agent. Easy to book from then on in. 3. Excellent email communications from confirmation of booking to reminder of appointment night before + on the day 4. Your cleaners arrived bang on the appointment time - were very pleasant + helpful, did an excellent job + cleaned up afterwards so place was spotless. What more could one ask for? SUGGESTION: Accepting you require payment in advance - sadly very understandable in these times - many people would find it a lot easier to pay either by phone or to a facility on your website rather than (a) make a separate trip to the bank ether to withdraw cash or effect a Bank Transfer. The trip is time consuming + costly + not always convenient. Also as I opted for the Bank Transfer method, I had to accept the cleaner who came taking a photograph of the receipt containing my name - bank account number - sort code - bank + branch details. Not everyone is happy handing out that kind of detail to complete strangers, however delightful. Otherwise I wish you every success with your wonderful business. Given the endless difficulties we face in the UK today in locating quality reliable tradespeople who turn up, do the work, and charge reasonable sums, yours is a brilliant facility which I am certain my wife and I will use many times again. Efficient booking and saves time locating local cleaners. The flat was very dusty due to plastering works. Will use you again for one off cleans etc

Had a post builder clean done by nsar, while he came by himself was extremely thorough, the bathrooms were spotless and the windows as well. Great attention to detail and diligent. Appreciate all his hard work.

The team did a fantastic job cleaning the property and were very friendly, professional and conscientious.

Absolutely amazing. Booked a deep clean. It came itemised with a list of things they would clean, and I was able to customise it. The two cleaners worked really hard for a really long time and covered a lot. Everything they cleaned is sparkling, stubborn stains have been removed. I am amazed at how much they managed to do in a day. Absolutely brilliant, would book again.

The quality of the cleaning was superb and they were also very accommodating when we had to rush to move items out of other rooms whilst the cleaning was taking place due to being let down the previous day by a moving company.

The work completed was immaculate. They really worked hard to be fair to clean the cookers and hob. Only sight comment is the scrubbed off the little pictures showing which gas cooker ring you are lighting, so they look work off now. Cannot fault them otherwise.

Neish and his team did an amazing job of cleaning inside and outside my house, it was very much needed after having a lot of house guests over Christmas and New Year. Neish get me fully updated along the way and went beyond my expectations doing a lot more than I had asked for. Highly recommend Neish and will definitely be using again

Managed to book for between Christmas and New Year. Reasonable price - cleaners were courteous and did a good job. Turned up on time and worked well.

Very good service, came on New year's Eve and cleaned my glass on my cubicle that had dirt grounded into the glass. I could not clean the glass with anything but they managed to get it looking like new by scraping the glass. They worked really hard and cleaned my oven and fridge and did a great job. Highly recommended

The 2 cleaners who cleaned my flat did a fantastic job. They were very professional and polite. They did above and beyond what I expected. Every surface in my flat was cleaned.....even the toaster!

Team Dara from Hello Services done my end of tenancy clean today and all I can say is wow. Firstly they are such lovely people, I felt so at ease with them and secondly, they cleaned the house so well! Very happy with the contact from the company to arrange the clean and making changes was easy. They accommodated a booking made within a few days too. Very happy with their service.

Matthew cleaned the house to a perfect standard as it was in need of a thorough clean, nothing was too much for him and he kept me informed of timings throughout.

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. I am putting my house up for sale and, with 4 dogs, and 2 teenagers it needed a very deep clean!! The team arrived on time and worked so hard all day, they were very polite and friendly. They thoroughly cleaned throughout to an incredible standard and left my house absolutely spotless. My windows and skirting boards were particularly awful and they now look gleaming. Thank you so much for all of your efforts - you went way above and beyond.

Firstly they were 2 hours late! Which made them later to finish & was in dark with lights on. They refused to start cleaning carpets until I paid extra, as they said i had quantity of 2 extra carpets,the stairs & landing - which I had already asked for on original quote.. (why wasn't this quoted for to start??) When started, they worked very hard, if a little rushed! the house is much better, seems clean enough & certainly smells better, no dust, wooden floors very clean, so am happy with job. Carpets still wet this morning, think it will take few days to dry. Overall an ok job

Missed a few bits where furniture was moved to clean. then moved back but missed where the furniture had been moved , if that makes sense ? But this is really no biggie, but it is why I cannot give my top score 9. Will use again. Thank you

The couple who came to clean our home after some building work have done a fantastic job - all traces of builders dirt and dust gone and we have our lovely clean home back again.

because they were very good the only thing i would say when they do a complete cleaning job it might be a good idea to include dusting of shelves with ornaments as a optional extra

Mustafa did a great job cleaning the property, spent a lot of time and effort on it. I'd have appreciated some more communication from Hello Services in the morning as they were 2.5hrs later than anticipated (due to a car breakdown, not their fault, but a heads up would have been helpful).

The service was thorough and professional throughout, the communications clear and polite. The cleaners on the day arrived on time and worked quickly through the whole house and left an excellent result. Only minor reservation with the payment method in cash on the day, otherwise absolutely fantastic.
