My house was noticeably cleaner after they had been

I don't give the highest score for anything but one reason for an 8 rather than a 9 was the cleaners where caught in traffic and failed to contact me when they knew they would be late.

Excellent service, prompt response times and happily accommodated a last minute request for a Sunday morning end of tenancy clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and highly competent. We were really pleased with the clean of the apartment and would definitely use again. Thank you!

I have used Hello Services before and when I bought this flat ( it needed a good clean before I shift in) I used them again, Angelique and her team are excellent and I'm very happy with the result. It was easy to book online. I booked very last minute and they accommodated ever so well. I got sent a message when they were about 15 minutes away which I love!!! Very friendly they went through everything throughly. Pictures were taken of before and after. I got a phone call when they were on the last bit of cleaning to see if I could make it. I wasn’t able to get to the property when they finished and I got sent the photos and proof that the front door wash shut. The house was very clean

Really happy with the service Mike and his colleague provided. Cracked on with the job in hand quickly and effectively. Everything cleaned really well... mattresses smell lovely and fresh, blinds looking much better and windows gleaming! All the jobs I hate doing. Both really polite and friendly. Would have scored a ten but marked down as slightly higher on price than I would have liked .

Communication with cleaning team was good, especially as the date had to be rearranged and there were delays with their arrival time which were outside of their control. The team worked really hard and did an amazing cleaning job in cleaning an empty property getting it ready to be sold. Thank you!

The cleaners were helpful, conscientious and unhurried the standard of cleaning was very good. I felt I got value for the money I paid. I would use them again.

My whole experience was brilliant. From calling & speaking to Michael (he managed to arrange a deep clean at really short notice) to the incredible Cristos, who worked so hard and did such an amazingly thorough job. So grateful!

Fantastic service from start to finish, booking was easy and any questions were answered promptly. The price was competitive and although £20 to £50 more than others totally worth the extra. The guys turned up on time and went straight to work. Was a post builders clean and the house was spotless when finished. Really impressed and my thanks to the three guys who did the work. I would definitely recommend and will use again for my own cleaning requirements.

Great service! I booked an End of Tenancy clean - very easy online booking with live quote update as you add/remove services, good communication and reminders confirming the slot. Teodora arrived on time and was very friendly and extremely thorough in cleaning (much better than previous EoT services I have booked with other companies!) Highly recommend!

The cleaning team were amazing! We had got the keys the day before and the house was left in a right state, the cleaners came at 9:30am and didn’t leave until it was spotless at 6pm. I could not recommend them enough, they worked so hard all day to get our new house looking clean and shiny. Thank you!

Very good cleaners, but quite expensive.

I requested a move-in deep clean at very short notice. Not only was the support available but they went above and beyond. Kudos to Yousef and his team.

They did an excellent job and were really friendly and professional. The only thing I was disappointed with is they don't clean items that are on top of shelves and units. I had to remove them, which meant after they finished, I then still had to polish all the items myself and put them all back. The whole point of paying someone to do the cleaning is so I don't have to do it myself in my opinion. But otherwise I'm very happy.

The team did a great job , I felt it was cleaner then when I moved in . The carpets and curtains looked nearly new again.

the service was excellent and the person doing the cleaning was very interesting talking of his own country of Sudan. The only problem was that sometimes it was difficult to make out what he was saying

Very friendly and understanding cleaners. Went above and beyond with the clean, I had no complaints about any cleaning that was carried out.

Excellent communication from enquiry to completed job. Regular updates and options for any changes. On the cleaning day, there was no access to one bedroom so the team kindly did some extra cleaning to cover the time. Cleaning was to a high standard.

The flat is absolutely spotless, they did an amazing job and were so friendly and thoughtful. Can’t believe how clean it is, and the rugs and sofas also look better than they ever have. I would highly recommend to anyone.
