Quick to arrange a time to do the cleaning. Staff are friendly and helpful but sometimes you need to tell them they miss some not so obvious places like the corners. In general I am happy with their service.

Team Waqas worked hard and were friendly. However I had to point out some work overlooked in the bathroom, and on closer inspection there were still some tiles that were untouched down in the corner by the loo that I had to clean myself. Not what I'd call a deep clean, but an adequate job for the four hours they were here. Paid to have the sofas cleaned but when I picked up the cushions all the crumbs were still there. After alerting them to the missed areas they came round the next day to finish the job, which I appreciated.

I was delighted with this company. There was an option to tailor - make my cleaning requirements as I had a budget. The cleaners did an excellent job and the online booking system worked well.

Friendly service staff and excellent cleaning. Staff called ahead of time to check if they could arrive early in order to make sure all cleaning task would be completed on the day. Great attention to detail in every room and we were very satisfied with the final result.

The entire house was deep cleaned and this was an enormous task, to a high standard. The living room carpet was deep cleaned. You did say not all stains would be removed but this is why the score is 9 not 10.

A great end-of-tenancy job. The guys arrived exactly on time and obviously worked hard. There are still areas that need attention but the difference from before and after is super. I thought I’d asked for the sitting room blinds to be cleaned, which weren’t done, but maybe I wasn’t clear or misunderstood? Thank you anyway.

Over an hour was wasted prior to clean due to being unorganised as the cleaners was not aware. It was a deep clean and spent more time photographing my home to send to. Management to begin the work although the clean was done to a. Good standard on inspection multiple areas was not clean sufficiently eg Dusting and polishing Due to such a delay to begin with the Job. Seemed. Rushed and not completed too a good standard Staff was. Respectful Upon reflection I would use services again providing you can guarantee to do the job to the standard I am paying for

The service person was available at my premises ahead of appointment time and did a clean job. I was explained how he's planning to do & shift between the rooms which gave enough details for me to plan & move things without any hassle. The work was clean and didn't leave any smudge behind. Overall excellent work & very much satisfied.

The team did a great job of the end of tenancy cleaning. The house looks great. We would have given five stars if they hadn’t arrived late, giving the reason that you didn’t have a contact number prior to leaving.

I needed a deep clean immediately on my mother’s bungalow and found Hello Services on Google Search. The service was amazing and I cannot fault it. I requested an appointment online and they gave me a complete price breakdown for the jobs I wanted done. When I received the Invoice it was easy to request to add jobs or remove jobs and then Hello Services sent me another detailed invoice with amendments and price breakdown. The lovely cleaners arrived and did the most fabulous job which was above and beyond my expectations. Payment was also straightforward, offering payment by bank transfer of the option to pay the cleaners cash on the day which is the option I went for. I would definitely use Hello Services again. It was a thorough and deep clean of the property.

My oven looks like new. The cleaner had communicated that she was going to be late but she worked hard and had a pleasant manner.

The whole process from booking the service to completion of job was smooth and perfect. The two cleaners arrived on time and left the house spotless within 2.5 hours. I was very pleased with the service.

Cosmina and Gabriela turned up right on time to clean 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and dining room. They were friendly, quick and thorough. I couldn't believe it when they completed it all in 2.5 hours. My house is spotless and smells lovely. They brought their own equipment and products and got on with the work right away. This is the first time I've booked a cleaning service and what a great experience. I'll definitely be using them again and happy to recommend them to friends and family. The whole process of booking the service, gentle reminders and right through to the completion of the job is so easy and amazing. Thank you!!

The cleaning was completed to a satisfactory standard with the exception of my having to point out that they hadn’t cleaned the top of the fridge/freezer. The male cleaner immediately rectified this but with no acknowledgement or apology. When they arrived, they offered no ID and didn’t introduce themselves. Once I’d shown the male cleaner into the kitchen, his comment was “You haven’t paid”. As your company’s process is that a bank transfer payment can be made in advance of the work or a cash payment made before the work commences when the cleaners arrive, I don’t believe that’s an acceptable way for your employee to address the subject. It could’ve been better phrased e.g “I understand you’ve agreed to pay in cash and I need to take payment before we start the work”. He opened the fridge and said “It’s not empty”. I explained that my intention was to empty the fridge and freezer once they arrived to avoid having food out of the fridge/freezer any longer than necessary. He did, however offer to help me remove the contents, which he did.

Iasmine and radu were absolutely incredible. Arrived on time worked solidly for the whole time and they were not only lovely people but incredibly professional. The standard of the deep clean was exceptional and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so very much. Worth every penny!!
