Fantastic supervisor. She knew what she was doing and organised the team to do a great clean.

The house was so clean/ it was an amazing clean! Only problem was how late they were and they left cigarette butts on my drive

When we moved in this morning the house smelt fresh, all the surfaces were clean and a very good job had been done on what was a very dirty cooker. Thank you!

Excellent job done on thoroughly cleaning the house, team of 5 arrived, work done swiftly and professionally. Took off 1 point as they did not wear masks during lockdown. Otherwise, highly recommended! And organised at very short notice, thank you. A higher price than I expected to pay, no doubt, but in the end got what we needed, when we needed it, so therefore value for the money. Thank you LL and Ludwig and Hello Services team.

Vicki did an excellent job cleaning the house at the end of my tenancy, she was also very friendly and professional.

The team did an amazing clean, leaving our rental flat sparkling and cleaner than when we arrived. It was a very easy process from booking to the clean being taken out. The clean was very thorough and they even got rid of the mold that was being contested with the Landlord. This service has provided us with every chance of a returned deposit. Highly recommend.

You came out at such short notice (the next day), you were booked for 09:00 and the cleaners were on the dot and last but not least, the house was spotless, they even put a wash on, thank you 🙏

Fantastic service from Hello and the cleaners however there were some small places which were missed that’s why I’m not giving more than 8. Nothing major just a side still dusty, missed door frame. All things I wiped down myself so no need to send anyone back. Also took a blind down and not put up again after the clean

Vicky did an excellent job cleaning the apartment. She arrived at exactly the time scheduled, with all the necessary equipment and worked hard all day to clean to an excellent standard. Excellent service. Booking process was very easy too through the Jobber tool.

Good service with friendly cleaners

The overall service was good but there were a few cobwebs, the kitchen sinks could have been bleached and the bathroom extractor fan was very dirty.

House move under stressful conditions last week.Prompt, focused on getting job done quickly as well cleaning all carpets to a very good standard. Prior to this all communications addressed quickly.

I was not informed of dos and fonts so was unsure what I could ask to be done when cleaners came The sofa steam cleaner leaked water all over the sofa and it was not fully cleaned due to water leakage

The cleaners where amazing the place is spotless very impressed

The 2 gents who came and cleaned my property were life savers. Originally I was supposed to have someone turn up at 9am but they didnt. instead this new team were called and arrived only 2 hours later. Throughout the time spent cleaning I had some good conversations and a laugh. Despite them being sociable the level of work they carried out was top notch.

Two female cleaners came and did a thorough job of cleaning my mums house - however when the supervisor arrived they left and the kitchen wasn’t finished - the oven wasn’t cleaned - I text the supervisor and someone came on Monday and cleaned the inside oven only and didn’t clean the front glass so a bit disappointing with that - hence 8/10

The best cleaning service I've ever used. It sounds strange but most companies don't seem overly fussed to truly deep clean and Hello Services went above and beyond in their efforts.

They team did an excellent job of cleaning the property. There were a couple of areas that were missed under furniture that we found together, but overall they were excellent. I’ve used your company twice now and will do again in the future.
