Very thorough, nice and friendly. Would have given 10 but the ground floor could have been cleaner and they arrived 1h late through no fault of their own.

We used Hello Services for an end of tenancy/deep clean. They did a fansatic job and has bought the flat up to a level where it can be rented again. Greaty satifised

Not perfect - but I’ve never had a clean that was! Very friendly and efficient team, and lots of horrible grime and grease gone. I was impressed to have 3 people do the job, which made it good value for money. A few cobwebs left behind around the windows, but no biggie. I’m happy with it, would book again.

The cleaning is excellent. Unfortunately, the cleaners couldn't find my house and said at first that they had been waiting outside since 8:10, which was false.

Two-man team for 10 hours, very good result. Thorough clean, a bit rough in approach but good result. Left some cleaning utensils behind, not a major issue but lacking "final touch". Only major negative: carpets were machine-washed with the result the that they are clean but left smelling rather unappetisingly. Next time, use a different carpet shampoo?

Easy to book, cleaners did a fab job, they were a little bit late due to a crash/traffic but otherwise all great.

Fast and and high quality cleaning by the excellent cleaners for my end of tenancy service. Only a 9 as the cleaners weren't aware of the quote details, however this was resolved quickly.

The cleaners were great didn’t give you 10 as I’d asked if you used local cleaners which you said yes. I don’t think 90 miles is local!

The staff were very friendly and efficient. At first glance the cleaning was very good, especially fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine however the skirting and floor still had a few dirty marks on which I rubbed off myself. There was also some marks/dirt still left in the kitchen sink and taps.

Very happy with the service. We had an end of tenancy clean done a few days ago and it was amazing! The cleaners did a fabulous job, they were very professional and very thorough. We were well impressed and will definitely recommend the service to others.

Could have been a 10 but they forgot to clean the washing machine and it’s trays. I also forgot to check it as focused on other things. I had to clean the trays during the handover so even though it’s a small matter but would have preferred not to do it.

Amazing Service - oven was spotless, carpet brand new and shower also from in and outside everywhere looked brand new. Very friendly staff who worked so hard and did a fantastic job. Thank you

The overall clean of the property was satisfactory as the job wasn't completed as per the quote/invoice. I didn't not feel the following jobs were completed: Clean and wipe down doors and the door frame; Clean and wipe light switches, remove finger print and dirt. The cleaners were also late, claiming they were given the wrong address beforehand hence the clean started 40mins after the booked time.

Professional and did a fantastic job of cleaning a flat after builders and old tenants. I'd be happy to use this service again in the future!

Very good clean

The cleaning we booked was for my grandmothers home. Both she and we were delighted with the outcome, it looked brilliant. The cleaners were so polite, kind and friendly and we could tell they worked incredibly hard - we wanted to give our biggest thanks. It made such a difference

Although the cleaners were friendly, approachable and eager, they appeared rushed. They had spent 2 hours travelling to the destination and only two hours cleaning the house including the oven. This meant that after the initial check and on closer inspection, many of the skirting boards had not been dusted especially under radiators. Some radiators had cobwebs still hanging below. Dust also remained on doors where there were small ledges and behind curtains. The face of all kitchen cupboards had been wiped but the small ledges on the kitchen cupboards were still dirty.

Deep cleaning was thoroughly provided with the dirtiest edges of the room cleaned! Professionally and polite! Any questions I had or if they had we talked! A service of high quality

Really good clean, well organised and stress free

Very professional team, the cleaning was done proprely, quickly and as detailled in the quote. No suprises of extra cost after the cleaning. The company was also quick to answer any question I had during the process of the quote.

Very good, only thing i would argue with is that i would’ve liked if you went behind the couches to clean and I would’ve liked if you went under the rug and cleaned. But other than that excellent!! Everywhere cleaned and left a nice smell and friendly service. Definitely will use again!!
