This is the second time I have used this company for a cleaning job and both times I have been extremely impressed with the results. We have just moved into a house which looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in the last 20 years and the team did a superb job removing the grime and leaving us with a clean house. We had a great experience with Hello service. Easy to book/pay online and they found tenancy cleaning with Briar & Rebwar for the next day and time we asked for. They did an outstanding clean on a pretty marked up flat. We are very happy customers and would highly recommend this service.

Very helpful and polit and did an amazing job ah it is to me a pick me up as i not well and can't do the cleaning myself and just seeing it so dusty and floor's needing a wash makes it even harder to take so a BIG thank you to you both.

Everything was absolutely brilliant can’t fault the cleaning. The only thing was the fridge hadn’t been cleaned. This could have been my fault. Maybe I had to click on that too. If that’s the cases apologies. But the cleaning was to a very high standard

I booked a deep clean thinking appliances and furniture would be moved but this wasn’t the case. I also asked for 2x blinds to be cleaned but was told this wasn’t able to be done either

We had issues with them arriving on time and then confusion with another job which meant our cleaning started 1.5 hours late and impacted our day. The clean itself was great, so we were happy with that.

Good value, responsive customer service, good quality. Had a small thing of the hob and extractor fan being classed as two separate appliances to clean which felt unnecessary but otherwise very fair

Very good communication and reasonable quote . Overall I was happy with the standard of cleaning . The kitchen however was not upto scratch . Some cabinet fronts were not cleaned properly . Unfortunately the cleaners had left before I visited .

The team who cleaned the house were fantastic. They talked me through what they were going to do and completed a walk through of the property first. When I came back to the house it was like stepping into a different place. We completed another walk through and they should me videos of the oven cleaning and carpets. A really great service.

I don't give the highest score for anything but one reason for an 8 rather than a 9 was the cleaners where caught in traffic and failed to contact me when they knew they would be late.

Excellent service, prompt response times and happily accommodated a last minute request for a Sunday morning end of tenancy clean. The cleaning staff were friendly and highly competent. We were really pleased with the clean of the apartment and would definitely use again. Thank you!

I have used Hello Services before and when I bought this flat ( it needed a good clean before I shift in) I used them again, Angelique and her team are excellent and I'm very happy with the result. I will be booking them for the third time to clean my old flat after I actually move. Thank you Hello Cleaners.

It was easy to book online. I booked very last minute and they accommodated ever so well. I got sent a message when they were about 15 minutes away which I love!!! Very friendly they went through everything throughly. Pictures were taken of before and after. I got a phone call when they were on the last bit of cleaning to see if I could make it. I wasn’t able to get to the property when they finished and I got sent the photos and proof that the front door wash shut. The house was very clean

Really happy with the service Mike and his colleague provided. Cracked on with the job in hand quickly and effectively. Everything cleaned really well... mattresses smell lovely and fresh, blinds looking much better and windows gleaming! All the jobs I hate doing. Both really polite and friendly. Would have scored a ten but marked down as slightly higher on price than I would have liked .

Communication with cleaning team was good, especially as the date had to be rearranged and there were delays with their arrival time which were outside of their control. The team worked really hard and did an amazing cleaning job in cleaning an empty property getting it ready to be sold. Thank you!
