value for money . but needs some improvement in service and cleaning aspects.

They did a great job providing an end of tenancy clean. The flat looks amazing. They worked really hard to do exactly as expected and I would highly recommend them. When there was bad traffic meaning they would be a little late arriving, they rang to let me know. Great job guys!

The cleaners were very professional and efficient and we are very happy. We will use the service again. I already recommended to my friends too.

It was so nice to come back after a stressful week and find my house spotless...all those little things you never get around to on a day to day basis, all done immaculately...easy company to deal with, very good price. Will use again!

I was very happy, only windows could be done better as they were still dirty (some of them) and some were not polished but overall I was happy matrace cleaning - I was very happy

Great cleaners, fast and efficient 10/10

The actual cleaning service itself was excellent. Only issue - the use of automated emails that did not always accurately reflect what had been agreed. Not a major problem and was sorted with a phone call, but a bit of an annoyance.

Very good service. Only drawbacks and why not getting 10 stars is that cleaners were 30 mins late (but informed me beforehand), and I was told to book parking which was not used, so ending up paying extra.

Easy to book online. Prompt service . Cleaning team Georgeta and Marius were courteous and did an excellent job. Very pleased with service.

From Start to Finish, everything was great - easy booking, great price, turned up promptly, quick and thorough clean. Our house was immaculate.

Cleaners were polite, worked hard but the office gave them the wrong time. They were on site at 8am when my booking was for 12noon, when I rang the office he also said it was 8am I was angry at him as it said 12 in my confirmation email, then he threatened he would cancel my booking, at that short notice I had no other option but to use them, not happy at all with the way the office dealt with me.

A good competitive price. Very easy to arrange the cleaning, nice and helpful staff. My only issue was that after agreeing to meet at 8.00am, the cleaners tried to arrange for it to be later. They were told no, and arrived at the correct time. More than happy, and would use it again.

You stepped in during a difficult time and at short notice did a fab deep clean to a very challenging property. Very happy with the work you've done . So why 9 and not 20? Little pricey but you have offered a discount on another domestic clean, which is great. Thanks for helping at such short notice

The cleaners were excellent however I am not happy that we were sent an email saying that the payment was two days overdue. It was part of your original email that cash payment should be made on the day

The cleaners were very polite, happy and pleasant people. They worked very hard - the house was in a poor state and took a lot of hard work on their behalf, but they just got on with it and the price was fixed, so even though it took many hours, it didn’t cost any more. Thank you.

They were quick, efficient and polite! And the place was sparkling clean at the end.

I was very pleased with the deep clean of my kitchen. The ladies and gentleman were very polite, and worked very hard. They rang to say they were running a little latter than schedule and told me what time they would arrive. Which was appreciated. I definitely would use the service again. 9 scored only because I had booked for 9am. But the lady rang the night before to say they were double booked and would be there at 1pm and luckily it was ok as there was someone around all day.

Excellent efficient cleaning. Would have been a 10 if hadn't had to point out some tiny oversights - but these were quickly and effectively dealt with. Would recommend and would use again
