Excellent service! Very thorough with everything left sparkling and all rooms smelling fresh. The cleaners worked so hard and took the time to make sure everything I requested to be done was completed. Both of them were very respectful and polite. It was a pleasure to meet them. Excellent clean, friendly team

The cleaning was able to clean the spaces but there were some areas that were overlooked and not cleaned properly like the floor in the kitchen

The cleaner was really efficient and honest with his work. As it was pouring with rain the outside windows could not be cleaned and so he cleaned the gas hob and chimney instead. A great service.

The cleaners were helpful, friendly and the job they did was absolutely excellent.

Arrived on time, very efficient and cleaning mostly to a high standard. There were very obvious stains remaining on the two couches - after I pointed them out they were very easy to remove so slightly disappointed.

Very good actual cleaning service amd nice friendly men but I found the booking system confusing like I hadn't booked what I thought I had when they showed me which wasn't clear.

Faredun and team came for a deep cleaning - they did a great job and when we came back the apartment felt so much better, ready for us to move in.

Yambas team was excellent, arrived on time and assessed the house for a deep clean, they stayed 9 and a half hours and did not charge any more for it. The house was in a bad state but by the time the team finished it was so much better, they dealt with bad blood stains on the carpet and kitchen floor with professionalism. Some small things were left but that is because they focused down on the big things and kept going until they were done. Would recommend.

The cleaners did a great job with the deep clean. I think I would prefer to get a more local / independent company in next time, and may possibly get a cheaper quote.

They were right on time and did a brilliant job, house smelled absolutely divine after they left and I would definitely use again. Sparkling clean and very efficient :)

Happy with the cleaning

Rado was really wonderful and his work was excellent. We will be hearing back from the estate agents soon as ours was an end of tenancy, but we think he did a truly great job and we will definitely be recommending Hello Services.

The cleaning team were amazing. Quick and like ninjas making the place very clean. Two niggles - one was that they were late, and the other was that they bagged up literally everything that was left in the flat. It would have been good to have a brief chat before they did that as I have lost some important papers and things

Good job but had to move the day of cleaning a day forward due to illness not something you can control but that’s the only reason for the point off.

A few things were left uncleaned like the light fittings which I forgot to check when doing inspection. The one in the kitchen was very dirty and I had to clean it myself after they left. other than that was good service.
