The cleaning was completed to a satisfactory standard with the exception of my having to point out that they hadn’t cleaned the top of the fridge/freezer. The male cleaner immediately rectified this but with no acknowledgement or apology. When they arrived, they offered no ID and didn’t introduce themselves. Once I’d shown the male cleaner into the kitchen, his comment was “You haven’t paid”. As your company’s process is that a bank transfer payment can be made in advance of the work or a cash payment made before the work commences when the cleaners arrive, I don’t believe that’s an acceptable way for your employee to address the subject. It could’ve been better phrased e.g “I understand you’ve agreed to pay in cash and I need to take payment before we start the work”. He opened the fridge and said “It’s not empty”. I explained that my intention was to empty the fridge and freezer once they arrived to avoid having food out of the fridge/freezer any longer than necessary. He did, however offer to help me remove the contents, which he did.

The clean was very good thank you . The 2 ladies were nice to mum and worked hard. The house on the whole looks much better and smells nice. A couple of things to mention We didn’t know you required cash before the clean so mum had to go to bank . The cleaners didn’t move furniture to clean behind so we will need to do that ourselves The outside of the upstairs windows were not cleaned

Very satisfied with the cleaning for our property in Crawley. Omparkash and his team did a really good job and the rooms were beautifully cleaned and to a good standard. I would recommend these services again. They made our new property welcoming to move into after the deep clean. Very friendly team and they helped with our every need.

My mums house hadn’t been cleaned for a while and she looks after my daughters dogs during the week so dog hair everywhere, toilet was a mess as she is registered blind now and the place looked amazing when it finished, everything so clean, loads of rubbish cleared away, her rug looked like a new rug, they did a great job

Rob was super friendly, enthusiastic and hard working. Rob came out last minute on a Sunday to clean my new home as I didn’t know where to start, it was that filthy. He had the house sparkling in no time. Deep cleaned the carpets, the floors, kitchen. It looked and felt great. I would highly recommend this company 10/10
